Sew Pretty Christmas Homestyle Paperback – Bargain Price, July 13, 2008

I love this book! Sew Pretty Christmas Homestyle offers a variety of fun and unique projects geared toward Christmas and Wintertime. The projects include photographs, patterns, and easy to follow directions. I have several books by this author, and haven't been disappointed!

This is a lovely book. The pictures are almost enough to make you feel as though you are having a beautiful Christmas just flipping through the pages. Although I have not made anything yet, I plan to make the quilt, stockings and the table decorations. Who would have thought that a brown, blue and pink/red decor, a few slightly stuffed Angels, some chubby Russian Dolls and a Flying Pig would make a room sing of Christmas! I am convinced and plan to make the Pig in its large and small forms as quickly as I can.

I would recommend this book!

This book was suggested to me by another crafty blogger who was making the flying pig for her Christmas decorations. Tone Finnager has put together a whole range of beautiful Christmas Crafts for you to make your home all festive and lovely! I really enjoyed reading it and all the steps are clearly marked out so I'm sure I'll enjoy making from it as well.

I'm a novice when it comes to sewing, but found several items in the book that I could make very easily like the birds and angel bust. I am inspired to try some of the more challenging items like the dolls. Check out photos of some of the birds I made at [...]

Oh how I fell in love with this book by Tone Fannanger!If you have any of Tone's books you will have to add this one to your collection like I did! I give it 5 Stars like all of her books! I cannot get enough of them!!! 0:D

I was disappointed in this Tone Finnanger book. I expected it to have more Christmasy designs. The angels and stockings are holiday designs for sure, but a lot of the others were more everyday items sewn up in red, white and pink. I also thought some of the project directions lacked enough detail and might be difficult for the inexperienced. If you're looking for some really different Christmas ideas then you might find this book to your liking.

Tildas books are the very best for me as I love pinks, pastels and small projects. I have purchased her others as I can find them. I think another is due out in the states in July...so if you get it.....send me a email...Thank you very much for the great service....[...]

Tolles Buch, konnte mich bis spät nachts nicht losreissen und musste die Vorlagen kopieren und Materialeinkäufe planen. . .Wirklich schöne Sachen. Und das Buch in super Zustand. Ich war zunächst skeptisch aufgrund der großen Lieferentfernung, aber hat alles prima geklappt, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! - Danke.
