High quality bands.They don't roll up when on my legs. I am a size 16 with large thighs, other bands roll up and are useless.I have added photos of comparisons and how the lightest band looks on my legs.

I purchased this set of resistance bands because I wanted to tone my body and work on my muscles. Elvire Sport claims they are a UK company with guarantee for their product and they're on prime, so that's the reason I chose them. The bands came in a mesh travel pouch. When I took out the first one I thought omg what am I going to do with these? I would have had to search for videos for proper exercises because these resistance bands are not like your cheap rubber bands. They are fabric with added non slip layers and they actually come with an exercise sheet that details quite a few useful exercises to start with.I've only had these bands for a little over a week but they kept their durability and I have a little exercise routine with them every other day. I mainly use the light and medium resistance bands for my arms and legs. By the sore muscles of the next day I'd say these work :) If you can commit yourself to using them frequently and stick to your exercises than I do recommend buying them

This is a great product that actually works! I've been using these every day for about 4 days now and I can honestly say it works. It comes with 3 bands that are all different strength elasticity so you can start off with the loosest and work your way up! It also comes with a little booklet with some exercises you can try which I found quite helpful. Great company to deal with too, Will be ordering from them again <3

These bands are well made, strong and easy to use in any convenient location. Mainly targetted at gluts, you can certainly feel the muscles working and after exercise benefit. I use these to support my running and, although early days, I am pleased with my early usage. A clear exercise guide is supplied with the bands - 3 tension strengths - and further guidelines available from the supplier on request. Great for adding to a training plan for strength, recovery and injury exercises.

Absolutely love these! I've been doing Autumn Calabrese's 80 Day Obsession which includes lots of exercises with loops. I had been using rubber loops but they were so frustrating and kept rolling all the time. I was told about these fabric loops and what a game changer they are! No rolling at all, no having to pause my workout to put it straight and catch up. Can't recommend these enough!

Love these bands - I’ve been using them in my hiit workouts and have felt I could really push myself - it’s easy to know which band has which resistance level by the different shades of pink/purple - light to dark. My husband and teenage kids have also enjoyed using them too.The bands come in a mesh bag to take easily to a class. They also come with a handy exercise card if you wanted to use at home.Would definitely recommend.

I got these bands delivered today and proceeded to do my normal workout and I must say they are some of the best bands I've ever used!I especially love how they are all the same size it makes using them a breeze.I'm so impressed with the thickness and quality of the of the bands themselves and the way they grip to the leggings is even better as I do not have to worry about them falling down during the work out.The carry case is also very nice and compact so is easily carried around and the information book provides a good range of exercises!Definitely recomend these bands

These bands are great quality and stay exactly where you want them. There is great variation in the resistance of each band - i.e. there is an appreciable difference between each, which I haven't always had with resistance bands - and I could really feel than I had done some work, even after my first short workout.The bands arrived quickly and were well packaged, and I know I will be getting a lot of use out of them over the next few weeks as I recover from surgery and will be limited in the amount of vigorous exercise I can do. Beautiful colours, too!
