Danby Health DH016A1W-1 Compact Medical Refrigerators, 1.6, White

I ordered this danby refrigerator for use at a dental lab, it says Health commerical grade medical mini fridge.. when it arrived it did not work right out of the box. The temp cannot be adjusted and the red light keeps flashing. I called Danby and they told us our warranty was void bc it's not meant for commercial use even thou the title of it says "Health Commercial Grade Medical Mini Fridge, White" !!!!! CRAP PRODUCT, CRAP COMPANY AND CRAP SERVICE, I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CRAP BRAND. BUYER BEWARE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!

The item was presented as a medical refrigerator. However, upon receiving the refrigerator, unpacking and reading the guide, it states that it is not to be used for vaccines and blood products. Therefore, I am not sure why it is being marketed as a commercial grade medical refrigerator without this being specifically stated in advertising.

Fridge appeared used. This fridge logs the date and temperature. I downloaded the logs and was able to confirm that it had been used two years before I bought it.Top is cheap plastic and was cracked when I received it. Plastic top is supposed to be fastened with two screws in the back. One of those screws was fastened properly, the other was not: Someone had tried to fasten it to the metal frame but there was no hole in the metal frame and the person merely succeeded in mangling the plastic around the screw hole.Amazon issued a full refund.

Contacted Amazon about this and was advised to deal with Danby to resolve issue. Dealt with them and could not resolve the issue. Tried to cancel order but Amazon will no longer take a return because of the time involved. If you have issued with item return immediately. Don’t waste time trying to trouble shoot it as Amazon will screw you
