Perfect tool, worth the money
Worked perfect for my 2008 mazda 3 2.3 motor to get it retimed.

Fit a 2005 Ford Escape 2.3 liter. But be sure the camshaft bar is Flat.
It looks like the stamping process left the leading edges of the cam flat bar slightly thicker than the rest of the bar. The bar was close, but would not slide into the cam slots. I laid the camshaft bar flat, and LIGHTLY dressed both sides with a file. It was apparent the bar's edges were slightly thicker. It took only a few strokes of the file on each side, and the bar slid in the cam slots without difficulty.

Does not work on 2006 mazda 3, 2.0l
Cam shaft locking tool does not fit, and the lower crankshaft locking bolt does not fit the threadsand is of poor design as you can’t put a socket on it, and it’s too long for the space available.
