I use this quick link with Shimano chain works great.

I always carry one of these (along with a chain tool and tire repair stuff) anytime I am out on my bike...well...because you never know when an unexpected breakdown may occur. In the event of a chain problem (broken chain, bent link, etc.) I simply remove and discard the affected link(s) and replace with of these.

not much more to say. well, some of these are tight, you may need special pliers to facilitate installation and removing.

I fat-fingered the included link when replacing my chain and couldn't find the missing half in my messy garage. Ordered these, arrived quickly, and I have a new, clean, right-sized and well-lubed chain on my ancient Bianchi.

Great to have in the bag for emergency chain repair. Make sure you carry a chain breaker to remove damaged links. Easy to install without any extra tools.

Purchased the 9-speed version. I've installed quick links on many other bikes, and I know the fit is always tight. But this one won't fit. Tried it on a Shimano 9-speed chain and a KMC 9-speed chain just to confirm it wasn't a chain issue. It's not. These don't have enough clearance for the pin to lock into the slot.

Thank you for the great product. I slapped this on a 9 -speed chain, and it makes everything just so much easier.
