Q: How well does this work with laptop keyboard?

I assume you are asking about using a laptop with a mouse or trackball rather than the built in touch pad. If so, I don't know why it wouldn't work just as well as with a regular keyboard. Basically, it is just providing support to your arm to align it with your hand on top of the mouse. If you are planning to use it with the laptop touch pad, that might be a bit cumbersome, just because of the usual placement of the touch pad in front of the keyboard in the middle.

I have a glass surface but I don't mind that it slides around. You could always get paint some liquid latex on the bottom of it, let it dry/set completely, and it'll give the base more grip on any surface.

The teal/green part is squishy gel. It's soft. I personally do not feel pressure on my arm but my office desk and chair are set up that way.

I don't think it's for Carpal Tunnel

I have Carpal Tunnel syndrome. I thought it would relax my ankle. I wasn't very comfortable and it gets restricted especially when moving the mouse.

absolute Rubbish

Well I have a bit of carpal tunnel in my right hand, taking this will alleviate it, did nothing of the sort suppsosed to let the wrist rest in the gap not pinching the nerve. Soon as I used it pins & needles. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs. 💩
