I've been dealing with tennis elbow/tendinitis, and this TheraICE Elbow Ice Pack Compression Sleeve has been a total game changer. The compression feels great and the cold therapy really helps calm the pain and inflammation. What I love most about this brand is the design. you can actually move around and get things done while icing. I am not stuck on the couch holding an ice pack in place, which makes a huge difference for daily mom life. I am already a big fan of TheraICE and also own their ankle and knee ice packs, and they are just as amazing. Consistent quality, comfortable fit, and super effective. If you are dealing with elbow pain and want something that actually helps, I highly recommend this!

This thing is just the best icepack ever. I'm pretty small and it even fits over my knee and it's very cold, works for my back and shoulder (not a sleeve obviously), very flexible. I got it for some elbow tendonitis and it wants to freeze my arm off which is pretty much what I wanted. I finally threw out my half open (entirely freezer burned) bag of peas wrapped in 3 Ziplock bags.

These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

The coldness doesn’t last very long but it does make my elbow fell a little better. The small medium is almost too small for my little arms so I advise getting the larger option. The materials it is made from is tick and a high quality. It’s easy to use. Just slip the wrap on your arm and it fits snuggly. It feels supportive but on a little.

This works really well. My husband needed the large/extra large. It stretches well and the cold holds for a decent amount of time. Great product.

I bought two of these this week. They were in my freezer for a day and I used them this afternoon. They lost their cool within 10 minutes. To get the 20 minutes I'm looking for I'll have to do one arm at a time and change out after 10 minutes. Otherwise, the design seems decent and the concept is sound.

I got the small size for my dual condition of golf/tennis elbow for which this icy sleeve works great. It his both areas and doesn't restrict movement; I can use the computer or whatever while using it unlike a more common pack where you can't move around or perform normal activities while icing. It's very comfortable. Just place in the freezer in its provided freezer bag for a few hours and let warm maybe five minutes so it doesn't freeze your arm off. It obviously doesn't have to be worn as a sleeve; it can be used like a regular ice pack in other areas as well. One downside is that because it's thin, as worn as a sleeve, it doesn't stay cold for as long as I might otherwise like it to. Another downside, is that, as a sleeve, it covers areas you don't necessarily want to cover (e.g., like your bicep and forearm if you're icing tennis elbow), but it can be folded back to encircle a limited area, which has the additional benefit off being twice as thick and, I suppose, will stay cold a little longer. Another small niggle is that the lettering peals off after several uses. I should take a photo of that. It looks kinda cool that way, IMO.
