Why did you pick this product vs others?: great cleaner for silicone pipes!! works well and smells decent

After reading so many conflicting reviews, I'm adding my two cents. The directions on this product (for acrylic, plastic, etc.) are to shake for 1 minute and rinse. If you soak plastics in this, it will ruin them. Graffix 12" bong (acrylic) with glass slide, covered all openings as directed, shake like crazy for 1 minute. Rinsed with warm water. Absolutely fantastic job! Bong looked brand new, glass stem was crystal clear, splattered resin, GONE! I do believe this is just alcohol and coarse salt, and it does not smell great (I used Grunge Out 25 years ago, lol) But this product does NOT damage acrylics!

This is some pricey stuff. It works very well but I hear that 91% isopropyl alcohol and salt does the same thing for much cheaper. I’m trying that when this bottle runs out.

Ok, I'm giving this 4 stars for two reasons. The first is that it works just fine. It was not able to get the stain out of my silicone glow in the dark bong, but I doubt anything ever will. As a pipe cleaner? Great. The second reason is that these guys have achieved the American dream. You took an idea that all stoners have known for years, but for some reason have never capitalized on, and turned it into a small fortune. I remember cleaning my bong in the 90's with salt and rubbing alcohol and thinking "Man! We should sell this!" So bravo to you guys for being the first stoners to bottle it. My only issue with the product is that I was kind of expecting something else. Some sort of heavy secret solvent to melt the horrible brown stain from my once dope ass silicone bong. I was disappointed when I found the little bottle to be rubbing alcohol and salt. I had tried that first and was shopping for next hard core methods. I was also disappointed because that's a ton of money for a little bottle of rubbing alcohol with some salt in it. You should maybe say something on the bottle to hint that is all that's in there. In conclusion, a wag of the finger at the total rip off, but a tip of the hat for realizing a dream and doing it well.

I have been using this product for about a year now and have made many pipes, water pipes, etc look and hit as brand new again! No matter the amount of resin that has built up (and trust me, there have been times that a friend hadn't cleaned theirs for a year) the 420 cleaner makes the glass crystal clear as if it was just bought. The liquid is the cleaner and the crystals are what agitates the sides to scrape away the grime. Simply shake the bottle, and pour upside down. If you only tilt the bottle, only liquid will come out. There were a few reviews saying that the cleaner did not work, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the product does in fact work and you will be amazed at how well it can clean. You just have to use it properly, let it soak, and then shake. Make sure to also rinse your item afterwords for quite some time to be sure that you have rinsed away all of the cleaner. Thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

This product smells great and did a great job eliminating odor! My piece is silicone and I think this did a pretty decent job of getting rid of any residue. Cleaned my glass bowl perfectly. If you have a bigger piece, this may not be the best value for money, but if you have a small piece or a few small pieces I think this is worth it

Cleaner does clean molds well, but the cleaner leaves behind horrible white dots everywhere. The dots fly all over the area you are working in. They are hard to pick up. It takes a lot of alcohol and many swipes to get off.

Works great and won't degrade your silicone pieces like rubbing alcohol can. It smells great! I do wish it was more affordable.

Read the Label and Instructions carefully. It states to use equal parts, shake for 1 minute and rinse really well. I had at least 4 years of grime on there and all was gone in 60 seconds of shaking. The plastic looks great and no melting accured what so ever! It even states on the label that you shouldn't soak, meaning that 1 minute shaking time is as long as it should be in you waterpipe... period. My shit looks brand new again, many thanks!

Orderd thisproduct hoping to find something to clean my acrylic bong with because I haven't found anything and this product has remove 4 years worth of black retire and resin from popper to just straight-up green from my acrylic bong and it looks brand new great product I love it will buy again

It works well, might be better than Orange Chronic. Used with rubber plugs is the best combo to clean a bong without being messy.

I chose to disregard the other bad reviews that warned of the product "melting" and breaking the plastic. Bad idea, I was wrong to. I used the product exactly as instructed, and the plastic underwent a chemical reaction, cracks appeared everywhere, and the base completely shattered off. I tried to contact the seller with a complaint, and they never even responded. Worst product ever, and it completely ruined/broke my water-pipe. So extremely dissappointed. DO NOT BUY!

Great product will buy again
