Love this! Easy to slice all kinds of things. I'm trying to eat healthy fresh vegies and fruits and this is easy to use to cut things so many different ways. The little catch container works perfectly and I can dump it out into a 1 quart ziplock back so I can make tossed salads galore, keep sliced carrots for treats, sliced tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, cucumbers from very thin to quite thick. I love how it folds up and can be kept in my pantry. It's even dishwasher safe! I like the little suction cups that hold it in place so it is quick and easy to use, to clean, and to store!

Works well and fast also easy to clean. Love that it is almost impossible to cut your fingers. My sister has one and I used it and decided I wanted one too. I also bought 2 more as gifts.

It's well made and strong enough to cut through whatever produce fits in the chute. The multiple cutting choices are also a large part of the reason I bought it and are easy enough to figure out. My only complaint so far is that it is simply "too safe". You can't get the blades out to clean them! My Ninja food processor has very sharp blades all around the spindle they are attached to. But they AREN'T hidden and inaccessible! You take the entire assembly out and then carefully proceed to clean it, if doing it by hand. I've never once cut myself cleaning it by hand. Many kitchen tools are razor sharp by design. But never before have I seen one that you can't get to the blades to fully inspect and clean them. I don't use a dishwasher, and even if I did, there's no way to ensure both sides of all three blades are clean and sanitized. Because you can't see them! Three stars for "Easy To Clean". Four for overdone "Safety Features".

Pros: Cuts fast and easily, wide range of adjustments for thickness, easily handles fairly large potatoes and other veggies. Blades are sharp and very well protected so it is safe even for kids. Much safer than the regular shredder! Fairly easy to clean even though you can't disassemble it. Cons: You can wear yourself out pretty good (remember to switch hands regularly) after doing enough potatoes for a big batch of hashbrowns (set thickness about midway between 0 and 1 and it makes it just about right). Not ideal for cutting sticky stuff like cheese or frozen stuff so keep it to apples, cucumbers, celery, carrots, beats, and other non-mushy stuff. I did not test it with tomatoes but am sure it would work on firm tomatoes.

Useful as a mandolin and rather durable. Blades are sharp and the whole thing is very compact and light weight.

Het lijkt een handige mandoline. Maar helaas kwam het met een beschadigd mes. In de beschrijving staat dat de mesjes van zeer hoge kwaliteit zijn, maar dat is volgens mij niet het geval. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de verkoper of ik een nieuw mes kon krijgen. Want het lijkt mij overdreven, dus het hele product vanuit Nederland, maar weer terug naar Spanje sturen vanwege een klein onderdeeltje. Maar totaal geen reactie van de verkoper
