Q: How big is it? How big is it inside? What kind of quality does it have?

This hat is large. It looks exactly like the picture although mine arrived slightly less round. As far as quality goes, becasue this is an official product it does have good quality however I did notice a small tear after having it at a con for a few days. I'm not sure if something poked it or what but it wasn't a big deal to fix. The inside is somewhat small but it does stretch so if you don't mind a somewhat tight fit (which is better all things considered) you'll be fine.

Q: Can you put this in the washer/dryer?

Yes, but i recommend air drying, or using a hair dryer. I wouldn't put it in the washer, hand wash gently is best.
