This product really does work it does clean your system and you will use the restroom but not more than normal ......the taste is very bitter have a glass of water near ......overall its a good product and it does work.

Long post alert!!! So let me start of saying that I kind of felt like it was prune juice watered down based on appearancewhen I poured it. The taste was okay to me.I read some reviews and I braced myself before consuming. I am used to herbs and bitters so maybe thats why I did not have an issue. I was pleased with the results. When I say results I mean it does get your bowels moving. I took 5tble spoons this amount worked for me. I am not a dietitian, a doctor or nutritionists just stating what worked for me. If you are taking this daily the bottle is gone within 5-7 days depending on what works for your BODY. I would recommend adding this to jump start your trasition to better eating habits if you are solely interested in losing weight. If you are using for bowel health I feel that you could use it every other day or few days. I did not experience any pain or cramping which sometimes occur with stimulates for your intestines. Also I purchased the small bottle. I should have opted for the bigger bottle but shipping was to long and I was eager to try the product.All in all I WOULD Definitely Recommend purchasing this product!!!!!

It does exactly what it says.. IT WILL DEFINITELY KEEP U FEELING LIGHT & ENERGIZED. NOT CONSTIPATED @ ALL. ONE PROBLEM.. THIS PRODUCT IS 2 EXPENSIVE FOR THE AMT. OF OUNCE THAT U RECEIVE. I stop buying it because i simply can.t afford 2 replace it when empty. It goes very fast, price plus shipping is NUTS. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

The taste is very hard to swallow awful, awful taste… just trying it don’t know what yet I know the taste of it have to work no way I can take this awful taste for it not to work… OMG the worst taste ever …☹️

I usually read all the reviews make a decision whether I'm going to buy it or not. I'm glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews for people say it doesn't work it does you have to eat clean the first day I actually forgot that I took it cuz I've been trying so many things to lose weight. When I tell you that I had to go and I had to go and I had to clean out a lot yes it works believe me don't listen to all the reviews take a chance buy it see if it work for you but you must eat clean you can't eat all junk and think it's going to work it's going to clean you out I couldn't believe it cuz stuff usually don't work for me but this did.

It's too soon for me to give a review about results, but that's some nasty shh, my, my, I had to dilute mines with orange juice and it's only been a couple of days. But anything that nasty has too work, lol. Wishful thinking for 2025.

The delivery was fast. The taste is not bad. I have yet to see flat belly results but I’m sure that takes some time since I’ve only used this for a week. I does expedite bowel movement every morning.
