The Tool I Didn't Know I Needed!
This is the tool I never knew I needed! It cleans the inside of copper pipe, after cutting, so very nicely. I was struggling with a file for so long and finally decided to try something else. Great quality on this little device, too.

Great for 3D printing
I wasn't expecting much over using a razor blade but this might be a game changer for me. I'm cleaning up many 3D prints for sale, so it can be a tedious task to use a razor blade. I'm cleaning off brims, elephants foot, ironing edges on the top layer, etc. This tool has an easy learning curve, but definitely is a little bit of a skill. After a few pieces, I understood exactly how to use it. One side of blade should touch your object, as the other side is a different angle and it will dig in too much. So I'm a right handed, and I'm dragging this towards me. If I try going away from me, it digs in. This creates such a consistent and smooth edge on my prints and it's so much easier, and probably safer, than using a razor blade. It's not going to solve all your problems, but if you need to do what I said above, I think this is a must have tool to add to the collection and it will save you time.

I bought the AFA Tooling Deburring Tool Kit mainly for cleaning up edges on PVC plumbing pipe and 3D printed parts, and I’ve been really impressed with how well it works. The handle feels comfortable and solid in the hand, and the blades fit securely with no wobble. The BS1010 HSS blades are sharp and remove burrs cleanly without digging in or leaving rough marks behind. It makes a noticeable difference straight away — especially on 3D prints where little edges and stringy bits can ruin the finish. I’ve also tested it on copper and brass, and it handled those nicely too. It takes off the burr quickly and leaves a smooth edge that feels safe and professional. Great for plumbing prep, resin projects, and general workshop jobs. The kit includes 11 blades, which is excellent value, and it’s handy having spares ready to go. Overall, it’s a simple tool, but it does exactly what it’s meant to — and it saves a lot of time compared to sanding. Highly recommended if you work with plastics, pipe, resin, or light metal work.

First time user of a hand held demurring tool, and it seems to take the sharp edges off of galvanized fence post that I cut into 5/8” wide rings (1 7/8” O.D.). It doesn’t like the welded inner seam, but who does? It’s a well made and designed tool that feels comfortable in my hand, and it produces satisfying steel curlies showing that it is indeed doing its job. I also used it to clean up aluminum angle ends (not what it’s designed for), and it did a nice job. So far I’ve done both edges of fifty rings, so one hundred in total, and the original blade is going strong. Only ninety rings (one hundred and eighty edges) to go. The guy on YouTube made building a squirrel-proof bird feeder look a lot easier!
