Would not purchase this grill again. I would spend the extra dollars for a Weber. This grill is a rust bucket and the replacement parts are expensive.

Purchased grill and assembled it with ease. Quality seems good. So far it’s a joy to cook on. Haven’t used the side burner yet but seems very functional.

Easy to assemble. Nicely styled. A good size (we especially like that both side tables fold down) for our patio. Grills beautifully. Easy to clean.

Excellent grill

The grill seems to be excellent, but the shipping was horrible and we received a grill that is beat up and bent, the box was barely held together with little strands of tape. It was shipped by Amazon itself (Home and Garden Club - Amazon Marketplace) and went to someone else incorrectly before eventually coming to us. I know that there can be errors, we are all human, but the grill that we got was difficult to put together due to how it had been handled in shipping (extended shipping). It was bent, scratched, damaged, and we aren't sure if the temperature gauge was damaged in shipping. It isn't acting correctly. Just a frustrating experience. You would hope for better. The grill is very heavy and the box went through a lot.

Big Mistake...I made the big mistake of buying this grill sight unseen based on positive review I read on a "bbq" sight I found. After this purchase I have to doubt the legitimacy of the review because I did not find the quality, customer service or integrity of the company anywhere near what they described. Amazon delivered the order promptly. They are packed tight and efficiently in the box. I am an Engineer, so may be a little more meticulous than most, but took the trouble of carefully extracting each component from the box and checking it against the materials list. I found that the stamped steel the grill is constructed of is extremely thin gauge - similar to what would be expected from a discount store and usually manufactured in China. Not nearly as substantial as other grills in this price point, such as the Weber. Several of the pieces were dented and the front control face plate was substantially distorted or "bent" and the temp knobs were cheap chrome colored plastic. Disappointed in the quality, I would have returned it at this point, but there would be absolutely no way of getting all of it back in the box so I decided to take my lumps and chalk it up to a poor purchasing decision that was my fault. To add insult to injury, I contacted Napoleon customer rudeness to ask about the promotion advertised Fathers Day promotion for a free $79 rotisserie with the grill. They say it must be purchased from an "Authorized Napoleon Dealer" so I checked and sure enough Amazon is an authorized dealer. In response I received a snotty e-mail advising me that I failed to locate and read the fine print disclaimer and blamed it on Amazon for not "buying into it". I love so am not going to waste their time, but I am taking the time to write this so that others here can avoid the mistake I made. I gave it two stars because at least it did get hot when I fired it up.... oh, and the temperature gauge they claim is so great was under by over 15-degrees; as compared to a calibrated scientific probe I use for work.

Purchased this grill two years ago. Thought I was buying a High quality Canadian made product. After two years on my front porch(fully under cover and completely out of the weather) the burners, drip tray and other parts have completely rotted out from rust.I tried to contact the company to buy replacement parts and have had no luck in getting through to customer service, having been left on hold for 20 minutes on several occasions. I HAVE NOT gotten a representative on the phone yet.So then I began doing some online research only to find that this grill is actually produced in China, and many other customers have reported the same problems with the quality of the grill and the poor quality of the material used to make the grill. Lots of people have experienced the same problems with parts rotting out completely from rust after just a short period of time. In essence all of the operating parts of this grill, burners, sear plates, crossing supports and drip pan have completed rusted away.The grill I owned before this was a Vermont Casting grill of the same size and features that lasted more than ten years.I strongly suggest that anyone considering a purchase from Napoleon Grills find another option.

We have had our new grill for a couple of weeks and we love it !!Easy to assemble. .....directions were perfect.Everything about the grill is as advertised.Gets hot quickly and cooks even better than expected.We would recommend this grill to anyone !!

Superior construction. Napoleon are in a class of their own to build BBQs. Definitly worth teh extra money. I particularly love the double sided walls\lid, which gets the temperature up quickly and makes it easy to keep it constant. I wish I had gotten a Napoleon years ago, instead of throwing away cheap BBQs every couple years.. Assembly is straight forward and took me about 45 minures (only need a Phillips screwdriver)Note: it does not come with a cover which you need to buy separatly.

Large dent on main handle bar. We just opened the box and still assembling the unit.We wish to seek a replacement part to fix the bad review.We expect an email from the seller or amazon staff to follow up with us.Will put a happy smile eventually!

We love it. My husband who does the barbecuing is very happy. He says it reaches the proper cooking very quickly. It looks great and and appears to be very sturdily built.
