This works well for cold and flu season. My husband has not had flu in years. I am currently using it to boost my immune system because I have EBV and lyme disease. It does make me feel better if I take it every day, twice a day. I use to give something similar to my daughter when she was little mixed in some honey. Now she can just swallow these capsules. Works.

Used this daily along with “C” and other vitamins during this last really bad flu season of ‘17-‘18 and never got sick.
