Applies heat while you have mobility
It's a great concept. You apply heat to your back while you have the mobility to move around and gently stretch out your muscles with ordinary movements. The elastic belt ensures that the heat stays next to your back.I threw my back out, and using a conventional heating pad several hours each evening (for almost a week) didn't do much good. This solved the problem in a single day.There is a similar product with a built-in battery, but per the reviews, the battery isn't reliable. With the Waist Heating Pad Electric Belt I can use my own battery, and I have plenty of trusted Jackery batteries.Perhaps a half-star off because the control is in the back, so you have to remove the belt or slide it to the front to adjust the heat setting. It would be better if you could glance down at the front to see the setting and make adjustments.Also, there's a pocket for the battery, but it's too small for all of my mega-batteries. But it's not ridiculous to put the battery in my pants pocket, or tuck it in the front of the belt.Definitely worth the price; a great investment.

It works!
I work in one of the most uncomfortable chairs. 8 hours of pain. I bought this to help me until I get a better chair. 20 minutes after plugging it in my back was in love! I use it every other day for just 30 minutes and it helps out so much. It doesn’t hold back on heat, which some may not like but I love!!

El fiseño de la prendaa es excelente y muy discreta, ojalá y pudieran agregar resortes para sujetar los laterales, esto permitiría que al momento de guardar la batería no se desplazará hacia atras.
