After searching online for a simple Adobo recipe--and mind you, there are hundreds and no two are the same, everyone has their own version--this mix is a lifesaver! I do add fresh garlic and a tad more vinegar, but this is no fuss and makes the dish consistently delicious!

I really like this adobo mix, but if you make adobo, you know that there's no such thing as a recipe. You add, you adjust, you edit. I started with the recipe on the package and edited and edited until I got the flavor I wanted. I will use this again and again, though since it provides a great base to start with.

Best with pork adobo.

Can only find only in my area it’s so good!
