Spider-Man M004008 Tri Scooter, Red

Ordered this item in December. Upon attempting to put this item together, it was missing some screws necessary to complete assembly. However, as far as we were able to complete assembly, we were very disappointed in the quality of the product. Very cheap and would not hold up very long with an active child within the age range given on description. When I attempted to return due to missing parts, I was given a return label to United Kingdom (I live in US) and would have to pay expenses to return defective item. I contacted Amazon and they had to make several requests to the seller to even get things moving on this problem. After several messages with seller I receive an address to return to a location in New York, but still at my expense. Product was defective because of missing parts, but seller would not pay for us to return so it was at our expense. Totally not worth the money for quality of product and certainly not worth the time I have spent arguing with seller to make things right. It was a several week process to get this returned and, finally, get a refund but was never refunded for the shipping to return defective item.

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. Of course he loved it..... it's Spiderman but it's not as robust as i would have hoped but that said, it was only £20 and my grandson is happy, so what more could i wish for.

My little boy is 28 months old he is crazy with Spider-Man , he’s never been on a scooter!After day 2 he knew what to do !
