I have always loved vans because they never fit too narrow or wide. The mid rise is rally great for ankle support. They are also cute!

Most sneakers today are light in weight with thin soles. These VANS have a deceptively thin sole that is heavy, but not uncomfortably so. The fit was better than I expected them to be. I am totally blown away and will be purchasing more. If there is only one thing I do not like it would be that there were very few solid colors available. But, at my age (*cough*) it is a small price to pay for a good feeling shoe.

Typical of Vans, not the greatest arch support. I have 6 pairs of Vans, all different styles from 1992 to present. Vans wear very well for me, and under normal use they last for years. This particular pair seems to be tight on both sides of the toes, but the rest of the shoe fits very well. I go a half size up with Vans because all of my others have run a little small. Right where the suede is vulcanized to the rubber, there is an inset, and it rubs the sides of my toes. I hope the suede hurries up and breathes so the shoes will loosen up a bit. Overall, as with most vans (in my experience) they need a break in period. Im not a very active person athletically, but for every day use walking, driving, or wet surface traction, you cant beat a pair of Vans.

These shoes are light weight and my husband loves the style. A great buy and true to size.

The support and cushion was not as wonderful as expected, but I also am wearing these on cement at work, so I got some insoles. I got the navy blue and as most reviewers said, they look look black at first, but they’re a true navy and when paired with anything blue or black you can see that they’re a deep navy blue. Beautiful. I love Vans because they’re constructed so well they last for years, and I don’t mind getting insoles for my needs because the shoe itself is already proving its ability to last for a very long time.

J'ai juste à dire que vans est une marque que je recommande à 200% c'est déjà ma deuxième paires et j'en suis encore une fois très satisfaite. Excellente qualité, excellente tenu au fil du temps ( j'ai acheté mon autre paire (van doren) il y a 1 an et elles sont comme neuve). Seul petit truc que je mentionnerai mes autre paires son en 39 ma taille habituelle et elle était légèrement trop grande, j'ai donc cette fois pris du 38,5 et elle sont légèrement trop petite, je vous conseille donc de bien prendre votre pointure habituelle.
