Beautiful color, beautiful prints
Ran full orca calibrations. 250C was solid, maybe a bit high, but still gave great prints. Kids wanted a dragon and egg, and looked great. Light stringing but quality prints. No distortions. Ran a few benchies. Boat was flawless. Voron cube came out great. Torture test want had for the ECC and this filament. Totally worth the money paid.

Shiny gold silk PLA that prints beautifully
I am really impressed with this Geeetech silk gold PLA. I grabbed it on a whim for a Christmas tree star and it ended up looking way nicer than I expected. The color is a rich metallic gold that actually looks like a real ornament, not cheap plastic. In person it has a smooth shiny finish that catches the lights on the tree perfectly. I printed a big five point star with long thin tips on my Flashforge Adventurer 5M and it handled the geometry like a champ. No clogging, no weird jams, and the layers came out clean and consistent. The sharp tips stayed solid instead of going mushy or curling up, and the layer lines almost disappear once the light hits the silk finish. I did not have to fight with the settings much at all. Once I dialed in a reasonable temperature and speed it just ran and finished the whole print without drama. Adhesion to the bed was solid and the part popped off clean once it cooled. If you want a gold filament for decorations, cosplay pieces, or anything that needs that bright metallic look, this stuff is absolutely worth it. Easy to print, looks fantastic, and I would happily buy it again. Five stars.

Great product
This PLA was beautiful, no stringing, printed flawlessly. It does not fit on my AMS rods on my flash forge ad5x. It sits on them very loose but it still pulled the filament through and printed amazingly. I printed the ice cream cone part of this print with this bone filament.

Great quality!
This filament flows so nicely, it never gave me any problems and the ivory stone color looks and feels so nice! I made some spiders and a 3D portrait but forgot to take a picture before painting it.

A good aesthetically pleasing filament, the color is great. Prints okay with a few minor caveats
When it prints right it looks great! I have printed many awesome things with this first try. Only issue is it seems slightly too brittle and hard to print for any fine detail prints which is a shame since I planned on using the gold for small halos on top of an angel figure. The best print i got has a variation in thickness of 1mm which is alot But that geometry without supports isn't super easy for any filaments. It doesn't have the best layer adhesion, i brushed the one in the photos slightly too hard and the halo broke off towards the bottom where i ended up superglueing it back. The Halo was maybe twice the thickness of spaghetti but even easier to crumble. Definitely not an amazing filament for printing small details like a halo but great for ones without the small details The photo of the angel is after doing every calibration print I could, making sure it was completely dry and probably my 10th-15th try, which was my best one BTW Geeetech is an amazing company though that cares about its customers and providing the best products, they contacted me on their own terms about my struggles with printing the halo and listened to my feedback. They passed along my concerns to the factory where they will see about fixing the issues i had and ensure they are selling the best products they can as well as made sure they did everything they could to compensate me for the trouble i had with the filament without me having to ever ask. you can trust that if you order from them they will do everything they can to make sure your experience is good so you don't ever have to worry when buying from them.

Don’t buy the clear! Please!
The clear is easily and by far the worst filament I’ve ever used. If you read this and still buy it you must love to suffer. When you open the roll you have to immediately start printing with it and not stop. Don’t even think of doing a multi color because in the minute it spends printing the 2nd color, your roll has no become brittle and will break into a billion pieces in your ptfe tubes. Not a regular brittle, rock hard to the point it’ll damage your printer. Drying it does nothing. Once it becomes brittle, that’s a wrap. It swells and no amount of drying will make it work ever again, I’ve tried. I literally moved my H2S and installed a dehumidifier and still it’s just as brittle. I regret the day I used it on one of my products so I’ve been dealing with this and still have like 8kgs left. I end up tossing most rolls with half left. The sister companies (xzn, giant arm) are the same. I’ve tried them all trying to escape this problem. I’m going to switch the clear section of my product to a color and update all my listing pics. This clear has taken all the fun out of printing. Don’t even think about using this overnight. You’ll wake up to a error and no print. Other colors are amazing from these brands but not the clear. It is very clear but trust me it’s not worth it. I would rather try to print vibranium out of an a1 mini. I don’t understand how they can sell this to anyone other than somebody studying the effects of jamming rocks down a 3d printers throat. Last note: I’ve also tried making my ptfe as straight as possible to help it and nothing. Just the tug from the ams is enough to snap it

Beautiful finish
X1C using Bambu Studio with the Generic PLA profile. The nozzle temperature was 220 °C, and the cold plate was set to 45 °C. The printer is running an Obsidian HF hotend. I didn’t change any material settings. The only tweaks were to slow the outer wall and top surface speeds to 50 mm/s to improve the surface finish. Print quality was solid overall. Extrusion was consistent, layer adhesion was strong, and there were no visible artifacts. Slowing those two speeds definitely helped bring out a smoother, shinier surface straight off the printer. Bed adhesion on the cold plate was excellent. The first layer went down clean, stayed put during the print, and released easily once cooled. No clogs, popping, or stringing issues throughout the print. It ran well on stock Bambu settings and didn’t need much tuning to get good results. Overall, this filament prints reliably and responds well to small speed changes if you’re chasing a nicer surface finish. Looking forward to trying this in more colors.
