Micro Essential Lab 51 Hydrion Wide Range pH Test Paper Dispenser, 1 - 11 pH, Single Roll

Works great for testing the PH levels when making homemade soaps. I have used it a few times now and the results are always consistent. I am sure there are many other uses for this product, but for now I just use it for soap making.

The product shown implies the range is from 6-8 where the product we received ranges from 1-11. This is not useful to us as it's too wide a range and not accurate for the purpose we intend. Change the picture to the ACTUAL product. Very misleading.

Strips do test well, there is some bleeding of dye though, so you do want to be careful about your dipping method, otherwise you'll have 2 readings on one piece of paper.One thing that I must point out is that the product is slightly different from the pictured one. The chart on these strips show WHOLE pH numbers. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11. There is no 6.0, 6.4, 6.8 and so on. Really wish I read the description more carefully.

There isn't much that can be said about this type of product. It works.This is the specific type of test paper prescribed for medical testing of various bodily fluids by the Duke university hospital. That was my application and I selected it over others (including the same brand) for that single reason. It worked out.

This pH paper is honestly the best. Very clear, easy-to-read color changes make life SO much easier for me. Unlike the reviewer from four years ago, my paper was very "fresh" and in perfect condition. No bs 10/10 rating. I just hope they never sell out and move production to China like virtually every other pH strip company!

Product is not as pictured. Shipping was $5.00! Nothing positive about this transactionI should have read the description, but it's a bit of trickery to,use a different picture.
