All About Curls Essential Moisture Starter Kit | 4-Piece Set | Cleanse, Condition, Moisturize, Define | All Curly Hair Types

I finally found it!!! Having curly hair is not for the faint of heart. I have been though dozens upon dozens of products that promise shiny, bouncy and frizz free, defined curls, but none ever really deliver. Some do a little for a little but none have EVER made my hair look like THIS! Im in my 50s, my hair is thinning but the strands are coarse, and a lot of it is turning gray. I had little hope left. I just had to return another product because the shampoo lathered up like mr bubble which not only is bad for curly hair, it made my hair pull out in chunks! But this stuff is the polar opposite. Zero lather, yet my hair got clean. Nice thick conditioner, but it did not weigh my hair down at all. The cream and gel were also light weight, and when used sparingly, really defined my curls. I will update the longer I use this if anything changes, but at day one I'm voting 5 🌟.

This is a great way to try all of the products. All work well. The shampoo has a slightly odd smell. BUT THAT bouncy curl cream is incredibly good curl cream. Left my curls soft and not frizzy with lots of volume.

I bought this starter kit to try the All About Curls brand. The products worked on my 3 B-C porous curls. Like other reviewers, I was extremely disappointed that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were only filled 1/2 way! Thank goodness I accidentally purchased 2 or I wouldn't have had enough for my week long trip.

These products worked okay. There are a lot of not great ingredients in them and I am happy to stick with Deva Curl's ultra defining gel (the best!) and wave maker (great for refreshing day 2/3 hair reducing frizz). I like the cantu line better than this too (Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner with curl activating cream - initially heavy but gorgeous curls). Enjoying Giovanni's Tea Tree triple treat sulfate free shampoo - safe ingredients and cleans very well. (I have 2C-3A curls)

I purchased AllAbout Curls High Definition Gel in traveling size for a trip. I have fine not thin wavy to curly hair. This product brings out the curly side of my hair and does not feel crunchy. It works in my hair for about three days with minimal frizz. It’s a keeper for me.

I do like these products. It takes some getting use to with the shampoo/cleanser. No suds. It does make my hair feel clean. After using the conditioner your hair feels really moisturized and definitely detangled. My hair is really thin and gets oily quick so it's hard for me to use creams. The cream with this kit didn't make my hair feel weighted down or oily. I like it best on day 2 to freshen up my curls. It smells way better than the gel. I really love the gel. Works great at keeping down frizz which my hair does easily because it's fine. Didn't make my hair feel weighted down either. You don't have to use much. I think I'm going to try the next size up in the cleanser/conditioner and the hair gel. I'd recommend giving the sample box a try.

I don't ever write bad reviews, but had to on this product. I thought this looked like Diva Curl which broke and dried out my curls, well guess what its no different. I went on Amazon to look for a frizz free curl product. This came up and thought I would first purchase the sample size, but I also went ahead and purchased the bigger size bottles of hair product. I first started with the shampoo and it felt like it was getting tangled up. I then put the conditioner and felt the same way, I couldn't get my fingers to pull through and noticed it was so tangled (which by the way, have never had happen when I use conditioner), this caused my hair to break due to me pulling it. Once I added the product, I then used my diffuser which I always do and right away noticed it was drying where the top of my hair was dried out and even straight, more like straw. I have very curly hair and this was not normal for me. I have never used a product that dried my curls out like this product did. For 2 days I had to use a mask product to put moisture back into my hair. Will never use this product again, this was worse the Diva Curl.

I'm so glad I purchased this little set! I wanted to try the products before I bought the full size and this was the perfect little bundle to do that! And the price is amazing. I'm still using them a month later and probably have another month left. My hair has never looked better. I have fine, thin curly hair that gets weighed down easily. Also gets dry at the ends between washes but not with the lo-lather conditioning wash. I even bought the curl foam after trying these. Will definitely buy full size after these are done and will try other products from this line. Would definitely recommend!
