These self tanning mitts are great. They make applying self tan super easy and leaves me with a flawless tan every time. I love that the kit comes with four different sizes that make tanning your back, face, hands, and body super easy. The material of the mitts are soft and the elastic bands keep them in place while applying the tan. The material also doesn’t soak up a lot of product so you are not wasting any of your fake tanner.

I only use this once. But it worked very well. I did not get streaky lines on my skin. It was very soft. It applied the lotion evenly on my skin. The whole overall application was very easy. I would highly recommend.

-This is by far the best tool I've found for spreading lotion on my back. -In the past I've always used tool that is has a hard foam head at the end of about a 17 inch handle that might have a slight curve to it to apply lotion on my back (or get help from someone else) - The problems I ran into with the foam and handle tool was: ----- The foam and handle tool was a bit bulky for storage and way too big for travel ----- It was challenging to get lotion to stay on the foam head without some dripping off. ----- This limited the amount of lotion I could put on the foam head at one time ----- When applying the lotion to my back the small foam head did not apply it very smoothly across my back. The lotion would end up with big globs in some spots and too little in other spots and I would end up needing to get my wife to spread it out. This kind of defeated the whole purpose of the tool. -Using the new velvet strap tool for putting moisturizing lotion on my back eliminated every issue I had with getting lotion on my back. The velvet strap works great and resolved all of my issues! -I can get as much lotion as needed on the strap and use my fingertips to spread it out before tossing it over my shoulder, grabbing the other handles and applying the lotion. -This tool spreads the lotion evenly across a large area, no more globs or thin spots. -Once I'm done using it I can just fold it over and roll it up into a nice small easy to transport or pack roll. Also, while I have not used this for tanning lotion or self-tan, I Imagin it will work quite well since the effect one is going for is the same as using it for applying moisturizing lotion on ones back.

So I've been dealing with a bad wave of depression lately, which makes showering feel like climbing a damn mountain. If you know, you know. Because of my lack of self care, my skin was dry, and i felt like there was a weird layer of sadness on me that I just want to scrub off. So i bought the hand mitts as an incentive to drag myself into the shower and hopefully feel even a little bit better. The quality of the mitts feels good, and the elastic on the wrist is nice and snug, so it doesn't come off. You're supposed to get your skin wet so i washed my hair first to get my skin as damp as possible, then i went to town rubbing my legs. It felt really nice and slightly scratchy. After a few rubs down my leg, i started to see an insane amount of dead skin coming off. I then went to town on my entire body. I'd rinse off, then start again. Eventually, no more dead skin came off, and my body felt amazing. After drying off, i lotioned up, and my skin was extremely soft and smooth. I would recommend putting lotion on afterward as your skin will be sensitive and needs some moisture after a good scrubbing. I can't believe the difference it made and with minimal effort. I definitely recommend buying these things they work great!!
