I have been a happy customer of Amazon for many years now, and i have to actually say this is my first ever review I’m writing on a product as usually i can’t be bothered. However this is really deserving on the 5 stars as I’m so amazed already with the results so i had to write something. I’ve had this machine for just under two weeks, i usually pay top whack money and have regular sessions of this treatment within a salon, and thought the money I’m chucking towards the treatment i might as well look into purchasing something of my own which does a similar job. I was a bit hesitant though as for the price i was paying at such good value for this item i was under the impression i may have wasted my money as ''you pay for what you get'' RIGHT?? And was tempted to pay hundreds for a top professional machine. I couldn’t be further from the truth. I absolutely love, love, love this machine. I’ve always been self-conscience and had low self-esteem of fat around my chin area and various other places. I can only give recommendations at the moment with the results on my face as that’s the area I’m really working on so far and want to work on one area at a time. I have probably used this so far within the two weeks of having it maybe 4 times. WOOOOOWZERS!! That’s all I can say, goodbye to the over expensive treatments I’ve been paying for, and from the comfort of your own home. I truly recommend this product to anyone, I can see fantastic results already my face/chin area is much more toned and tightened and my face feels and looks more slender I can’t wait to see further results with the continued use.

The package arrived on time. I've used it about 4 times a week for almost 2 weeks and I can say that it decreased my cellulite. The main results were visible after 2/3 times, but now they are fading. For now I keep faith and will continue massaging the inner thighs for another 2 weeks at least to see if all the bumps disappear and start losing some mass as well - I'll try to update the review if possible. Of course if you want to see results you need to be persistent, you can't just do it once or twice.

I bought this product with high hopes. Delivery arrived quite fast with Prime, two days after ordering. Everything else seems to look ok once opened. However, it seems to be that none of the options on this beauty gadget seems to work with the mini pads they came with it. It might be the cable they are attached to might be faulty. I’ve watched video on YouTube that shows how it’s supposed to be working, where you can see the person’s muscle moving. I couldn’t achieve this with the product I received. What is more, it’s very difficult to tell if the device is even working without the cable connected.I will be returning this product back.

Functions as it should, everything is working fine. Little design floor is that the buttons are where your hand goes so I often turn it off by accident which then resets the timer. Can hear a little buzz and it steams when I splash water on so I know it’s working but I can’t feel anything when using.I havnt used to long enough to comment on overall results. I bought it as I have a lot of cellulite on my bum so I am working on that. I will update later on. Only issue with using it on your bum is it’s uncomfortable to reach when doing it to yourself. I will post a picture of my bum if it works and amazon doesn’t ban me for nudity. I have used it about 3x on my belly and bum with ultrasound gel. I havnt really seen much difference as of yet

I was originally seeing a specialist for treatment and bought this due to COVID-19 and not being able to go to have treatment. This product arrived today and I could not be happier, it was packaged beautifully and has an easy to use guide which I used to replicate my treatment. I bought a gel for my application and am very happy with it so far cant wait to see more results.

I decided to send mine back without using it. The instructions were in such poorly translated English that they were useless. I’m sure it is straight forward enough to use but for approx £50 it felt a bit cheap in my opinion.I did ascertain from the instructions you need to use some kind of cream but it really isn’t clear.

Worked great first few times started noticing a difference with the infrared settings.However the ems setting became faulty after a few uses

Reasonably easy to use and understand, good service
