This stuff has become one I don’t go without. Seems to really help with the overproduction of testosterone due to PCOS. I’m taking a lot of stuff to try to support my hormones, I’ve been off birth control for close to 6 years. I ended up pregnant after taking this with no “accidents” for 6 years. So 1. This obviously does something 2. Be careful if you aren’t “trying” (edit and update: I have had 2 miscarriages now, so I think this is helping me get pregnant but I think something is still going on where I can’t sustain the pregnancy. I’m doing the Dutch hormone test soon to do some more checks. My suspicion is I’m still not producing enough progesterone. We are being very cautious to not get pregnant again until I get some answers)

I had high hopes for this supplement, it has all the things one “should” take when trying to balance hormones & PCOS. But since I started taking it I have gotten terrible brain fog and fatigue. Amazon will not let me return it. I suggest purchasing the herbs/amino acids you’re looking for individually to see how they effect you. Also disappointing that Dr, Brighten goes the extra mile to package in a glass container but still uses supplement capsules with silicon in them.

Been a month no changes yet in hair or other symptoms. Holistic dr recommended so I will keep taking it and see.

Medicine gave me a migraine in 2nd day. Tried to return and they will not return. Never again. Horrible and this was expensive.
