As a fertilizer Replacement

The two bottles of NCOF Technology Waste Decomposer came almost empty with loose caps, barring some dark residue at the bottom. (You could see light coming through the residues in the photos.) The package was clean, and hence any leakage is ruled out So, that part of the listing is a clear fraud on the customer.Then, the 100 ml Neem Oil bottle carries a sticker saying it has 500 ml, and the bottle label does not show any of the mandatory information, viz. Date of Mfg, Expiry Date/Best Before Date, M.R.P., etc. (Photos attached). Hence, this part of the offering doesn't inspire any confidence either.BTW, I ordered this combined offer mostly for a small quantity of NCOF, and this order has completely failed to deliver my requirements and even done a clear fraud on me.Hence, this lowest rating, and a request for a return and complete refund.As far as my understanding goes, this is a clear case of violation of the rules under The Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 that happened on the Amazon platform, Amazon needs to stop enabling and supporting these kinds of unlawful activities forthwith.Edit: 1) My first review, awarding 1-star rating, was rejected. 2) An appeal to publish it was rejected. 3) So I uploaded almost same content as a new review. 4) As I respected, this review too didn't come up on the site for a long time. 5) Finally, I wrote a strong protest note to Jeff Bezos, and finally, here it is... Amazon.in, publishes this adverse review under intimation to me. 6) I leave it to you all, the consumers, what to think of all these not so strange happenings!.

This is not true product because it's colour is dark brown and after using it is not formig fog or bubble s so it is not much effective now I ordered other it is fresh green color
