Extremely helpful to get a consistent, straight, and smooth putting
To my dismay, it actually works. After few putts I was able to proper position my body and align the club correctly. By using a swinging motion (note: this training aid will help with the alignment and touch, not with the swinging motion as you can do a proper hit with just one hand as long as you square the head of the putter and move the club along a straight path), I was able to hit put consistently (it does not mean that I was able to put the ball in the hole, but rather have more control with the putter). I used a label in the putter's head and found consistently hitting the ball with the center of the putter's head. In addition, I used the flag shadow in the green as an alignment to test for direction, and shortly after, I was hitting straight. At the end, I was not able still to made the putt from several feet, but I managed to get the ball closer to the hole, every time. In other words, this training aid will not account for distance or breaks along the ball trajectory. However, it does help with hitting the ball straight on a smooth motion, and this is a great step. So, this training aid will not fit your putting but it will help greatly to accomplish the goal.

great multi tool putter training device(s)
This product has 2 parts, not counting the little black storage bag, the training ball device and the making tool. The marking tool is great - snap it on any ball - run your marker through the groves - remove the tool - you now have a practice ball perfectly marked so that you can get a perfect putter head face to ball alignmentThe training ball device is also quite good. I previously bought a similar training device where there were two outer rotating wheel like disks that didn't compare to this in functionality. With that other device no matter how good I hit the ball the ball wobbled all over - with this device I could make a put and really see the effects with immediate ball feedbackMy one concern is that when the marking tool isn't on the ball I may end up breaking it if it is kept in the supplied soft bag. A hard bag would have eliminated this concern and possibility.

Good training tool for those who understand the basic...
Good training tool for those who understand the basic fundamentals of putting. Not really good for beginners who do not understand, breaks, the stroke, and how to read greens.I would recommend a lesson and watching a few putting videos before using this tool...Recommended Putting videos on Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYJzuuwhGtMhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWTFb2XLwdU

$30 to save 3-6 strokes a round!
Best strokes gained to value of any golf product I’ve ever bought. Not only is this an amazing trainer it’s fun to use! I’m a former PGA teaching pro and I never really developed a great way to teach putting because to me it’s very personal and I would just teach practice techniques. Not only does this make practicing putting fun, it gave me the opportunity to see which one of my putter actually puts the best roll on the ball, and the results were surprising. Standing the right distance from the ball is amazingly important and this aid along with the stencil included for your playing balls has legitimately improved my putting!

So simple and fun!
I’m a golfing addict who would probably play every day if I had the time and money to do so. As someone who never practices, I have been content to shoot in the low 90’s with the occasional 89 once in a blue moon. I wanted to find a way to consistently shoot in the mid-eighties without spending time and money perfecting my ball striking at the driving range. So I decided to fix the worst part of my game, which happens to be putting. After taking a close look at my scorecard, I discovered that I was averaging 38 - 40 putts a round. I knew it was bad, but after closer examination I discovered that my putting was a disaster! My putting training began with a little turf hole on my rug. After a couple of weeks I had a 35 putt round. Minimal effort and I shaved 3-5 strokes off my score. I then bought this fun little training aid and I’ve been hooked. It feels so good to get that pure role on a putt with no wobble and perfect pace. Another benefit, is how well this thing helps you line up a putt perfectly every time. After just one week, I turned in a 30 putt round! Thats despite a 3 putt at the end of the round when I was in a rush on the 17th hole. According to the PGA tour’s stats, the best putters on tour consistently average about 28 putts per round. I have discovered that putting is the one part of golf that I intend to do as well as the pros. The goal is to average under 30 putts a round. This little training aid is helping me get there!

It’s a Christmas gift for my son but it appears to be very durable and will do all it says it will. Very happy with what I received

dropped 6 strokes from my next tournament--It works!
Instant feedback and I took a putting lesson from my pro who really wanted to try it. When I saw that he had no wobble (my putts did) then I knew I had something to fix. Yo may not drive like a pro but this device will make you putt like a pro. I took it with me for two weeks to the putting greens and on the course--Long putts and short ( ther short ones were easier to put with ot a wobble) and then proceeded to drain putts in my next tournament. Now I need something that will get me out of the sand. Had 30 putts two for birdies. ONe from 18 feet and one from 8 feet.BUY it!Take it to the course. The game allows for 36 putts and as a 12.7 handicap dropping 6 strokes off the card really helps.
