Hamilton Beach Counter Top Oven with Convection & Rotisserie Extra Large Capacity - 31101

Bought it on a whim glad I did I’d buy it again cooks perfect - just have to use it a bit and see what works best for you n what you cook. You can’t beat the rotisserie 🤷‍♂️

Have been using this oven every week for a couple of years and have had no problems. Temperature can be off by 25 degrees but for our general cooing needs we have no problems. We do use a separate temperature probe to be more precise.

In spite of some bad reviews, I bought this, and I must say, WOW! It works perfectly, convection cooking produced one of the BEST roasted chickens that I have ever made. The seller shipped it faster then promised, unpacking and set up was super easy. . I'm doing a rotisserie chicken next for Thanksgiving as I'm having knee surgery prior and can't travel, so I will update in a few days and let you know how it turns out. So far, 5 stars, I love it. No issues, no problems so far.

Less than a year and I wish I would have never bought this! Temp control is way off the mark.. set it to 350, it'll run at less than 300. Convection setting is laughable, want to broil something? Forget it!the racks are ridiculous, slide out WAY too easy and be careful pulling them out even half way, things have fallen, very very hot things. Racks also super flimsy hence hot food on floor.Main door when wide open drops below bottom of the oven so can burn your countertop if the glass touches unless you have a huge counter where the door handle rests on countertop.Setting knobs hard to read, just a little raised black notch on an already black plastic knob.. Genius.outer surfaces get hotter than any toaster oven I've ever owned.My cheap black and decker toaster oven kicked this things butt!P.S. No toast setting, but yes you can still toast.. kinda! Have fun.

I love, love, LOVE this Hamilton Beach Counter Top Oven! I have used it almost daily since purchase and couldn't be any more pleased with its performance. It cooked pizza, roast lamb, chicken and rice casserole, brownies, cookies, and potato casserole...all to perfection.Then I tried the convection which is new to me. I didn't it buy it for that feature. My chicken cacciatorre came out perfect in half the time and juicier than with the normal oven setting!I also broiled fish, stuffed mushrooms, and garlic bread. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the rotisserie.Oh my, I am in love with this thing. Cooks perfectly, is very easy to clean and operate, and offers everything you need from a full size oven in a microwave size. This has earned a prize spot on my kitchen counter!

Works very well so far. I actually haven't noticed that the foods I've tried on the convection setting have cooked any quicker though. I haven't had it that long and have not tried a rotisserie chicken yet. For everything else, I've been pleased. It's just a giant on my countertop though and I wish I could find the right place to put it that it didn't look so huge. That is the fault of my kitchen and not the product though - just be warned that it is bigger than you imagine.

We've been looking for a replacement to our burnt out toaster oven for about a year now and the reviews on the high end digital units scared me away, shattered doors, error codes, catching fire, etc...not this unit. Powerful enough to roast a 10 pound chicken, it can convection cook afternoon snacks like nuggets for the kids for a healthy alternative to fried. We use it just about every day, very happy with this.

Product itself works well! Happy with that but settings are not easy to navigate! Must turn past 40 minutes and back to 10 for preheat!Dial is completely black so no white line as on my previous HB oven! Temperature increments are extremely hard to see in order to set temp and timer properly!IMO it is not senior citizen or low vision friendly! This can be fixed! We are going to use white nail polish to mark mine as soon as we can get a driver as I am disabled!
