We have quite a collection of these books now. This one is brilliant, lots of flaps and plenty of information! My daughter (6) really soaks it all up. She is really enjoying learning about all the different vitamins and nutrients. Recommend!

Definitely recommend!lots of detail explained in a simple way, great way to explain biology, anatomy, healthy eating, nutrition.

Recently purchased this, just the book I was looking for! I am 48 with an eating disorder which is both mental and physical. I attend therapy sessions with regards to my eating and my therapist didn't know the answers to some questions, this book has the answers!! I wish I had discovered this book a couple of years ago as I'm certain it would have helped with my ongoing problem. A fantastic find/book, easy to understand, cool illustrations and god forbid anything happens to it I am going to have to purchase another copy straight away!

My daughter loves it. Its an absolute must have for every child that is home schooled. Its easy to read and remember, flip pockets makes it fun and engaging.

Our children both loved reading this. They love all conversations that revolve around poo though so your mileage may vary.
