Men’s Golden Multivitamin

Solaray's Men's Golden Multivitamin Is a great all around vitamin and mineral supplement. I need much more of vitamin D3 with the addition of vitamin K2 mk7 for my immunity, bones and arteries. But otherwise, this is great all around product at a great price.

I have been taking this multi-vitamin for the past few years now, and I can truly say it is the best value available for men's multivitamins. I've looked through a lot of multi-vitamins, compared ingredients, and prices and this multivitamin preforms with vitamins that are twice its price. This is a great multi-vitamin for an active man who wants to stick to a budget. Yes, you must eat food with these. I made that mistake once, while heading to my 8AM class I took these real quick because I knew I was eating breakfast after class. I had to walk out during the middle of class to drink water and let the feeling and sweating pass. But if you take them with any food this is not a problem. My preferred method to take them is to take two in the mornings and one later in the day if I have been very active that day.

Good product, good price

I often struggle swallowing big pills or vitamins. This product is in a capsule which makes it super easy for me. I take only a third of the recommended dosage of three pills, finding that is about the equivalent of other vitamins I've used in the past.

She owned a health food store, so I figured she knew. If not her who? Makes for some bright yellow.. you know. I think it helps my eyesight too. But I still need my SightLine Computer Glasses 5002 2.00 to see the fine print on the label.

It's hard to fail a Solaray product, but this is one. It appears very very similar to the Solaray Once-daily energy. +some "mens" herbs & bioflavonoids. Doesn't weigh out. -300mg, minimum. I've come across very few vitamins that are utter failures (avoid vita-code) but it's kinda hard to put "what's deficient" on a multi. Solarays Once energy I can recommend; not this product.
