Fantastic product for regularity.
I LOVE these caps!! I take between 2-3 at night, with a big glass of water, and they always work great. I've never needed more, but you can take up to 4 per day. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll just have a cup of coffee in the morning just to "get things going."

This item is NOT returnable but site says it is.
Great Product. BUT site says its returnable. I ordered a bottle and I was sent a hugee bottle. I do not need that many!! Not they are telling me its not returnable. The bottle is sealed!!!!!
