I am in ❤️ with this pillow. I have never felt so incredibly comfortable with my head and neck being supported. Keeping my head and neck cool and not sweaty has always been an issue, but not with this pillow that has a luxurious feel to it, and it comes with a sealed bag of extra memory foam filling 👌🙌👏 as someone who suffers from positional headaches and arthritis i picked a 🏆 great price, thanks Amazon 😊

I have tried what seems like hundreds of different pillows - memory foam, memory gel, feather down, polyester fill, solid piece of memory foam, bamboo, combination of bamboo and polyester foam - well, you get the idea. I didn’t have a lot of faith that this one would be any different. I just wanted a decent night’s sleep. However, from the first night the difference was very noticeable and in a surprisingly wonderful way. I will start with the outer cover (there are actually 2 outer covers. They seem to be very well made of quality material. Both have zippers that are completely long enough to do whatever you need to do. One side of the very outer cover is made of a material that stays cool all night (I’m over 60 and totally love this feature) the other side is that of an extremely nice pillow (my husband’s favorite side to sleep on). You can actually make this pillow as firm or soft as you desire. You simply add or take out filling at your discretion - the more filling, the firmer the pillow; the less filling, the softer the pillow. Not 100% sure, but I thought I saw bags of just the filling on Amazon. My husband prefers an almost flat, soft pillow (so much so that he was quite reluctant to part with his several years old and tattered pillow and kept telling me not to throw it away and keep the packaging for the return because he was sure the new pillow wouldn’t work for him) so I removed about 1/2 - 2/3 of the filling in his pillow and he absolutely loves it. Also, getting the filling out of the pillow and inserting it in another was a piece of cake. I like the opposite, very fluffy and firm. I slept on the pillow as it came for a couple of nights and was quite happy but couldn’t resist adding more filler to see what happened (the filler I removed from the other pillow). I think I died and went to heaven. This pillow is so comfortable and supportive with the added bonus of having a cool pillow all night, I fall asleep easier and actually go into the deep ‘REM’ sleep sooner, which definitely makes getting up much easier. I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.

Very high quality pillow. Firmer than I expected, but the cooling is great. I took some of the foam out as it was too bulky for me.

I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time with this pillow. The firmness is absolutely perfect—supportive without feeling stiff—and it instantly felt comfortable the moment I laid down. I really love that it comes with a separate package of extra foam, so you can customize the height and firmness to your preference. That level of adjustability makes a huge difference. It’s incredibly relaxing to sleep on, and I woke up feeling well-rested with no neck discomfort. Highly recommend this pillow if you’re looking for comfort, support, and a great night sleep. Awesome product.

Pros: Price, quality, cooling, non-toxic certified materials inc foam, adjustable foam content Cons: Filling gets hard during the night causing stiff neck bc of lack of support in neck area Feels like a dream when the head first lands, for about two hrs max. Would be a perfect pillow if the foam would shift, but instead it flattens, hardens during the night causing the head to be at an incline which is the worst if already suffering from neck pain. Maybe if it was mixed with more fiberfill or bigger chunks. IDK but am bummed bc otherwise itd be a perfect pillow (and for the seller bc its a return thats not their fault). Have a similar one (but wasnt non-toxic certified), it still firmed/melded but it would unclump easier with redistributing contents during the night.

This pillow was one of the least expensive I could find. I am very pleased with it. The pillow arrived with extra fill material in case I wanted it to be mire firm than the original pilliw. I bought a secobd one.

I would gladly give this pillow 10 stars if I could. It came the same day, so it was off to a great start. Then the big tests, any smells? NO. Comfortable and supportive? A resounding YES. I’m a side sleeper and im telling you it is extremely comfortable. I was just testing it but felt I could fall asleep faster than usual. Right now I’m laying against it upright, with a few pillows behind it, to watch tv, and it’s even comfortable this way too. But for sleeping, I only need one pillow, and this is it!! Now please keep in mind I’m mainly a side sleeper, so this speaks to that position. They also gave me extra of the filling to put inside the pillow which I haven’t tried out because it’s just so amazing the way it is. A big thank you to the maker of this pillow and the seller!
