My 17 year old grandson has Autism. He has to wear pull ups for incontinence. These work well when he puts them over his pull ups. They hold up well. These run large, so I was going to reorder in a medium but I did not see where they offered these in a medium, so I went with a different company. I hope they will be as good as these. Most of this type of underwear is so expensive. Not so for this product. The price is much more reasonable. I needed a pack of 3 and most were just too expensive even for one. I wanted him to have some at my house and some at home. These are a very good buy. If you double up on the pull ups, the large will be good. However, my grandson is very slim. They were still a little too big. If the mediums from the other company do not work, I will be reordering these and keep using 2-3 pull ups under them. Their waterproof ability is good. I throw them in the washer on low and I do not dry them I hang them to dry. So far so good.

These are well-made plastic pants. I have a pretty severe case of overactive bladder. So the regular diapers they sell at a drugstore really aren’t good. I always use the premium most absorbent adult diaper. These plastic pants keep them in place and keep out any possible leaks. I ordered a large and that’s just a little too small and tight so I went up to an extra large for the glass clear plastic pants are pretty noisy wrestling in definitely are quite noticeable when wearing them over a thick old-fashioned real big bulky very absorbent Plastic backed taped to disposable adult old diaper, so they’re not the best to wear out in public. The noise will definitely attract attention and people know you wearing plastic pants with a diaper underneath.

These are not recommended by me if you don't want people to know you're wearing a diaper, if you do want them to know, or just don't care, these are loud as hell, so people will be able to find out. The waistband of these plastic pants dig into my belly when I wear it, and it is really uncomfortable 😿. They do otherwise work at keeping pee from leaking onto the floor, and it's cool to see the diaper through them.

Worst PVC pants I've ever bought. If I'd seen the seller charges a 50% restocking fee I wouldn't have bothered - it isn't worth trying to return them and I don't know if Amazon would just simply refund me. WIth the leg bangs wide open (and yes, I chose the correct size for my body shape) they are completely useless as they wouldn't keep wetness in. Are these supposed to just be for show or something?

These incontinence underwear covers do what they're supposed to do. They help hold in leaks. My only complaint, and I'm not sure it's something that could be fixed, is that the leg and waist openings are pretty snug. They leave marks on my elderly family member's skin. They do fade, but I wouldn't want that to happen to my skin. I hesitate to size up as then they might not actually hold in leaks. A conundrum. They are also a challenge for my disabled family member to pull up or down. But then again, he can't really pull anything up or down himself anyway. But because of the snug elastic fit, it's especially hard. They are roomy otherwise which is good. No sound comes from them.

If you have a medical issue, and don't want to advertise it to the world, do not purchase this. Even under jeans, they can be heard.

Très bonne qualité, reçu en 5 jours. Le PVC est très souple, pas bruyant. A noter que la couleur est rose fluo plutôt que rouge sur les photos du site.
