I like this product and it serves my purposes well. Customer support is very good.It is very quiet and that is a big plus which you notice very quickly. It is easy to be out in the yard relaxing while the mower is working. Once in a while you may have to get up and rescue it (similar to vacuums), but overall it goes about the job without bothering anyone. Watching a mower quietly work (with an occasional intervention) is a big net gain to the weekend compared to the past.The software seems a little 1.0. The mower works best in an unencumbered lawn. It will work with other setups, but the more complicated it is, the more issues you might have. My case is a little complicated, but I don't mind working around issues as needed. With those issues, it needs a rescue now and then, but that is a trivial task compared to the effort that is saved. If you have owned a robot vacuum, you are probably used to that drill by now.Some modification to the lawn shape might be worthwhile to have it as automated as possible. The mower prefers slightly rounded corners for example. Another consideration is that the mower is parked on the lawn. You may want to consider how/where that should be. Again, similar considerations as one has with vacuums.The price point for this device is a plus. This seems inherently more reasonable than the others out there.The version of the manual that I received needed improvement, but the customer support was excellent and has answered my questions completely.This mower quietly delivers the results I want in a price point that is reasonable. Most of the time, it works to schedule without a problem. Overall, I like the little guy and hope for even better versions down the line. Weekends are much better now.

Item, won't stay within boundary wire, stops in the middle of the space and has terrible controls. It had so many problems I have to send it back

Instructions were very basic, but if you understand how these things work you shouldn't have any issues. Make sure the line doesn't cross and isn't loose anywhere.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this robot lawnmower. It took a few attempts to get it setup, but now that it is. I call it my weekend rescuer. My yard looks great, kids can play in the yard everyday, and it's nice and short. Saves me at least 2-3 hours a week of mowing.A few tips for those considering purchase:1. Customer service: they are awesome, quick to respond and willing to do what is needed to help. I sent pictures and videos to troubleshoot issues.2. Setting the boundary wire: it works as an edge, whereas some robot lawnmowers will cut a bit beyond the wire, this one doesn't. Not an issue just an FYI to save you from trial and error. However, in order for the mower to return for charge it follows the boundary wire directly over top, so if you have lawn edging or something that would disrupt the pathway you will need to adjust the wire.3. Programming: Super easy and can be scheduled to run daily. Only downside, no phone app compatibility.4. Customer service: Mentioned again because they are that good.5. Charging station: Has 2 bulbs, a red and green. FYI when the mower is on the charging station, the red light means it's charging. If it's green, your wires are probably not attached securely enough. Mentioning because I thought green meant it was charging.6. Rain sensor: works perfectly.7. Magnet: This is the only real issue I've run into. When the mower starts going out of the boundary line, it typically means the magnet has come a bit loose. I've found that by using a screwdriver once a week to ensure it stays securely in place fixed the issue. That process takes less than 10 minutes, so well worth it.

Didn’t dislike anything about this at tall easy set up . Comes with it own shelter to brilliant gift for anyone, won’t be disappointed with this have very large garden, where I keep my bee hives it cuts round them and dose not disturb them like your petrol lawnmower supper job thanks
