Amazing quality! Amazing Service! Makes camping fun again!
UPDATE 8/20: This summer (our second summer using the Quictent), we had an issue with one of the toggles that keep the poles raised for the canopy. The spring inside broke. We were still able to use it by inserting a thin tent stake into a hole in the pole, so it wasn't a big problem. When we got home, I contacted customer service to see if we could purchase another toggle. Today in the mail, I received - for free - a toggle to replace the broken one and some spares for future issues. Thank you for your kindness and generosity, Cicely of Quictent!I can't praise this product and seller enough. Before purchasing this tent, my husband always set up a huge tarp over our camp site, connecting it to trees and tent poles. It was extremely difficult to set up and tear down, and there were always pools of water on top when it rained. It was miserable! I decided to try an EZ-Pop-Up canopy, and I researched all I could find. Since our tent is 8 ft. x 10 ft., I needed a 10 x 20 canopy. I decided on this brand because of the description, size, and cost, and I know I made the right choice. I now say we have a "soft-sided" camper. In fact, friends say we aren't camping anymore, we are "glamping." And since we won't buy a camper trailer for several reasons, this set-up is wonderful for our needs. For my first trial, I took the Canopy Tent to our favorite camping spot to set it up in anticipation of my son and grandson joining me for a few days. I had a little help spreading out the frame by the camp host, and he did help me raise the poles some, but I mostly set it up by myself, and I'm a 65-year-old woman who is not an athlete. I did all the staking and put all the bungies on the frame. I never had one minute's worry about the tent tearing or flying away in the wind. It was absolutely sturdy and still. The night that my son and grandson arrived, we had a monsoon rain, and because of my past experience, I spent most of the night making sure water didn't pool and tear down the structure. That first night, there was pooling in one area, but I kept pushing the water off with a pole. After that first night, we had more monsoon rains, and there was no more pooling at all.The canopy kept us dry, cool, and protected for over two weeks without having to make any adjustments. The material is breathable, so it was always cool. It covered our tent completely, as you can see from the pictures, and there was ample room for the picnic table and all our "stuff" to fit under the dry space. I included pictures to show how I loosely bungied the sides with bungies and stakes. It worked like a charm! I also included pictures to show how I used bungies to secure the stakes at the bottom of the poles with the top of the frame. In addition, I included pictures to show how I rigged bungies underneath the sidewalls to make them extend out some, giving us more storage space and more dry space, since the window sidewalls, when installed as designed, let water leak down through the window area. I fixed that by turning the sidewall around to keep the area more dry. Also, taking it down was a breeze. My husband helped with that, and it does go more smoothly with two people. We draped the canopy over a couple of picnic tables, and it dried very quickly. We did have some defects in materials that did not impact our set-up very much, but they were things I wouldn't want to keep having to deal with, since they might cause problems in the future. There were slits near some of the seams that did not go all the way through, but over time they might rip and cause a hole. A couple of the Velcro pads on the canopy cover were not sewn well and were starting to come off. Also, a couple of other pieces were not sewn on well. When we got home, I contacted the seller, and I was blown away by their graciousness, kindness, and willingness to make me happy with my purchase. Jasmine, the customer representative I corresponded with, went way beyond my expectations to correct the problems. She is sending us a brand new canopy cover with new sidewalls to replace the defective parts. We had one of the best camping experiences we have ever had because of this canopy tent, and we look forward to using the tent for many years to give us a comfortable, dry, luxurious experience when camping.

I REALLY want to love this!
I went camping with my family of 10 (3 adults, 7 children), in late September, early October for 11 days. The weather conditions were rainy some days, sunshine on others. I used it as our kitchen. It was pretty easy putting up (we had a person at each corner to evenly push the frame up), although I felt like we really needed to take care in handling it because the frame feels so flimsy. But it held up to mild winds and a couple of torrential downpours. There was one seam that leaked....which wasn’t a big deal. It just needs a quick sealer spray. My mother-in-Law had the same one, but in a 10x10 and hers completely crumpled. My theory is that ours was filled with tables and other furnishings, so the wind was not able to whip around inside to cause it to crumple. Both of ours were staked and guide roped. I have attached pictures of both. It kept us warm at night and the mesh windows kept the air flowing during the day. It felt very homely. I LOVE the size and that it’s square. I LOVE that there are privacy windows, And I LOVE that it’s such an easy set up. My concerns with this structure is that the panels are held up by Velcro, and they are not thoughtfully situated. The walls sag. Not only does it look unappealing, but it causes gaps between the walls and the structure. Because of this, we had some serious fly issues. We had two of those sticky tape things hung up in there and that wasn’t doing the job. They just kept coming and coming...because they had easy access to the inside of our kitchen. This was a deal breaker for me. One of the zippers broke on the window, which wasn’t a big deal, but then one of the Velcro straps tore off of the door panel, so I had to rig it for the last few days we were out there. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat if the company makes the following changes: a thicker steel frame, and better sealing of the panels between the frame and also between the panels and the canopy....maybe having one continuous panel instead of 6 panels, and a better system to keep the bugs OUT. It happened to be flies this year, but what if it were mosquitoes instead!?! I really want to love this, but it needs to be upgraded further.

DO NOT BUY THIS FLIMSY TENT- You pay for returns if it arrives broken
This tent arrived broken and they want me to pay for return shipping. They offered replacement parts. I do not want to replace parts that break so easily. The fabric on the tent will rip easily. The tent poles are flimsy and will break easily. You will be lucky to get one use out of this tent. The return is a hassle. If I receive a broken tent, they should accept a return and THEY should pay for the return. I should not have to try to repair a flimsy broken tent. She on AMAZON for allowing this hassle.

Great customer service
I am updating my previous review, solely on customer service! They have on their own to me about the original product damages noted before the wind cell... I am utterly astonished at how nice and professional they have been and am glad to give this another shot!!! Not many companies back there products this way so it is much much appreciated!!Well it was very cheaply made, had holes in the top of it in many places especially where they Velcro was poorly sewn in. We put it over a swim spa for extra privacy, I ordered the black weights to hold it down. They were double stacked and locked. It had already ripped away from a few of the Velcro pieces at the bottom so I zip tied them to hold. The slightest wind was a struggle, we had this in a privacy fenced area, had a strong wind cell come through and this is what happened. It was ruined beyond recognition...
