I've been having problems with this stove since I bought it. The burnpot would get choked with ash, it would turn off after ignition, and I couldn't run it past the second heat setting. Turns out one little 19 dollar part and five minutes of work changing it out eliminated all the problems the stove was having. The stove has been working perfectly since I replaced that thermodisk.

My pellet stove flame kept going out on my Breckwell Big E with the #3 light coming on. Found in a forum thread to bypass the switch with a small piece of wire and run the stove to verify the problem. If the stove runs normal, that verifies that the switch is the problem, if not, you have other issues. DO NOT LEAVE THE SWITCH BYPASSED!! It will cause the stove to keep feeding pellets until the hopper is empty! So I replaced the switch for $25 and about 15 minutes of my time! Glad to have my stove running great again with it being in the teens at night! Highly recommend Energy Parts Plus! My switch arrived ahead of schedule for a reasonable price!
