I just recently learned of casein protein so this is the first product I have tried. I like the flavor, and I've found that if I shake it up and let it sit a few minutes and repeat that 2 or 3 times is blends well.

I suppose it works well enough if you can get it past your tongue. I had to blend with chocolate whey to tolerate it.

Tastes ok. Maybe a little to sweet but I feel it helped with my recovery when I took before bed. Would recommend.

The product has been delivered stale, with a rancid smell, for the past 7 months. They must use 92% fillers now because I cannot smell protein anymore. I will look for a replacement and return this batch of whatever. lol

I have been regularly using this since over a year because I liked the flavor. I have been getting these via 'subscrbe and save'. Always satisfied me until last 2 shipments. Here is what happened-1. Since I have been getting 2 of these at a time with my 'subscribe and save' the last 2 jars I opened had very strong foul smell. I thought it was because I opened them after a long time and waited for new delivery to arrive.2. It was delivered yesterday and it had EXACTLY same odor! The odor that you get when you open very old all purpose flour from your pantry.I feel like quality check of this protein powder is getting worse. I inititiated a return of this batch of shipmemt.I should have done the same with previous batch rather than giving a benefit of doubt.
