When we received the item, it looked like it had been opened already-it did not charge using the power cord or in the sun-it was completely dead. I honestly expected it to look a bit different than the pictures since some manufacturers sometimes photoshop it to look higher quality but this is the real deal!!!! This power bank is the best power bank I’ve had ever! The quality of the material and just overall finished product is perfect. Solar panel actually charges at 300-400mah on a sunny day. Has an actual 20000 Mah battery, I tested it with a Drok. Which is more than enough for my iPhone and 2 iPads that are constantly used by my two daughters. Plus you can charge them all at once which other banks don’t let you charge more than 1 outlet...especially at 2.4A. I can use all ports at the same time and have 2.0~A at all the ports! Just simply a great product at an amazing price. I doubt this item will stay at this price soon. I would have happily pay way more for it. The icing on the cake for me is the ruggedness but with this bank...I give it to them and they put the ruggedness to the test!!! And this thing takes every hit like a champ and it’s like nothing happened...everything continues to work. Buy it now. It’s a steal at this price.

I purchased this charger back in August, to Have When traveling and working! I don't take it out of my backpack very often and it still as a full charge! This is a heavy duty built solar charger, that can charge three devices at the same time! The main selling point for me was the price! You can't ask for a better price and standard of performance! People ask me about this charger all the time and I always send them to Amazon! The last point I will make is that this charger is wireless as well!! This just keeps getting better! I recommend this charger to anyone who travels and needs a source for charging devices without need of a cord!

Charged it via USB for the first charge to top it off, then used it to charge two old cell phones at the same time. Note 4 went from 40% to 100% in about an hour. LG G3 went from 0% to 47% in the same amount of time. By this time the blue charge remaining indicator on the back of this power bank was down to two lights.Qi charging worked with my S10+, and didn't register as "weak charging." Also used the USB-C to put some juice in my iPad. It was really slow, but the battery indicator did go up. Exactly what I was expecting, so I'm not disappointed.To recharge, I put this in the back window of my car at about 7:30AM. By the end of the day it was back to three lights on the charge indicator. I'm not sure how long that took as I seriously forgot to check on it, but that's not bad for an inexpensive solar power bank. This will absolutely have a place with my outdoor gear. Should charge up a Kindle several times, and that's really all you need electricity-wise in an emergency....a small digital library. That's a joke, but really that's why I got this: Road tripping with an eReader.Also has a decent flash light feature. Not the brightest, but it'll definitely be handy when camping. With 20000mAh, that flashlight should stay illuminated for much longer than I'd ever need.Pretty good buy, especially if you can catch it with a coupon code. Satisfied my needs, for sure.

Seems like a decent power pack. Used it the last two days out at the state park we go to. Very useful for using my phone on my bicycle without worrying about killing my phone battery. the ports seem to seal pretty good as well, I got caught in a random downpour and I had this in my side pocket of my pack and its still works.pack does seem to charge from the solar panel but it would take a while to do so at 350mA (.35amps) so I'd say best to charge it via wire and let the solar panel trickle charge to keep it from slowly discharging; there's a little green light that shows its using the solar panel.However, I did have to charge my phone (Galaxy s20 ultra) twice of this and it was still about half charge so seems on par. The wireless charging works as well as the USB c for both charging the power pack and phone (fast charging). Although it seems like it can handle charging 3 devices at once I'd be leary of doing so; i just stuck to charging 2 devices at one time. The light is also pretty powerful for what it is.

The solar charger came well packaged and fully charged. I immediately plugged my iPad and another tablet in to it to see how it works. It charged both devices from completely dead very quickly. The 2 USB ports are nice to have. I tested out the the two different flash lights. The directional flashlight was bright and focused. The other led flash light that comprises the back was SUPER BRIGHT! I have no doubt this would light up an entire campground very well, which is what I plan to use it for.I have not had enough time to test the solar charging of the battery thoroughly because after charging two tablets from completely dead, it still had 3 out of 5 bars! I did put it in the sun and after 20 minutes it had already recovered 1 bar.The charger folds up nicely to minimize size and with all the solar panels and my experience so far, I believe this will be a great unit to have for camping, off grid, as an emergency flashlight, and I'm sure there are a few other surprising uses too.
