I used it exactly as directed, twice, and I did not notice any difference. Still ended up with high iron levels upon testing.

We got an Intex pool this summer & filled it with well water. We spent the better part of a month trying to get the water clear. We made three trips to the pool store & spent countless $$ on various chemicals. The last time we had the water tested, the pool store said there was nothing wrong with it. But the metal count was still high & it was still green! So I stopped doing business with them & ordered this. THE NEXT DAY the water was visibly more clear. By day two, crystal clear. (We have a sand filter) *You will need to vacuum after using this product* I used 4oz and our pool is just around 8,000 gallons. I could not be more pleased.

To clear out iron in my pool. Took about three days. Run the pump as directions say. Cleaned mine up. Second time I have used the product. It works.

Worked great for me. I have a 50 feet pool so I needed 3 quarts to get started. But within two hours, the greenish brown water turned crystal clear. I have placed a reorder to keep up the good work and prevent the problems caused by my well water. Not giving it 5 stars yet until I see how long it lasts before re-treatment is needed.
