It is a very simple yet fashionable lunch bag. I usually love more pockets but this bag is just to gorgeous to pass up.

I’ve had this bag for just a month. I only use it twice a week for my work lunch and already the zipper has came undone. Poor sewing and therefore is unable to be used as my food no longer can stay cold. I tried to return it for an exchange and was told it’s after the 30days….. just barely after 30 days….

Bought the paper bag, ripped first day I took it to work.

Super cute. Great size. Only thing is that the zipper gets stuck sometimes.

Purchasing a $45 lunch box, you would think the zipper would be user friendly and not require significant force to open every time. Well that's certainly not the case with this product. As you can see from the photo, the zipper locks up in two locations that requires a lot of effort every time when opening it. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product as it's my second lunch box from SoYoung that has had a zipper issue.I don't recommend this product to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere on a product with better durability and ease of use.

Lovely & Serviceable. I would give 5 stars if the zipper was stronger. The zipper is nowhere near as strong on my old Eddie Bauer lunch bag which is still in play. But it does the trick and is fashionable enough for the office, with a good long shoulder strap so I am pleased.
