Makes Nasal Irrigation easy
Really liked this bottle more than conventional Neti pots. The bottle is 500 ml which makes it easy to do both nostrils in one go. With the bottle held upside down the force of the water is sufficient to thoroughly clean the nose. Due to the design of the bottle you don't really have to bend too much for the water to come in with force. Just a tap on the button on the bottom lets the water flow and move seamlessly. If you are new to nasal irrigation try this. Just make sure that the temperature of the water is as close to your body temp and the salinity of the water is as close to your teardrops. You will not notice or feel any discomfort if you take care of the temperature and salinity well.
