Awesome rig at a great value
I love it when I buy a product from a brand I don’t know and it ends up being awesome and not a regret. I’m very impressed with the quality of the rig for the money. It’s definitely a great value when you add up what it would cost to get all of the add ones like top handle with nato rails and ssd holder. It’s exactly what hat I needed for my BMPCC6K to hold all of my accessories. I was about to buy one that was almost double this price but I’m glad I didn’t, this one is just as good (I know because I have experience with the much more expensive one). Now the camera’s finally ready for prime time. I’d recommend this rig! (I’ll update my review if my opinion changes after use)

Sturdy and well designed but zero instructions so takes hours to figure out
Sturdy but ZERO DOCUMENTATION and ZERO INFO ABOUT ADD-ON PARTS/SCREWS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE IF YOU WANT TO ADD ON The Drive holder blocks the cold shoe (where I wanted to mount a microphone) unless you buy extra screws (you have to figure out on your own) Come on guys - read Geoff Moore's Gorilla Game and Crossing the Chasm books.. The bit about the "whole product" You missed out on providing a good customer experience and an upsell opp. Would I buy again - Yes. Would I recommend to others - Only if I could show them what to do

Excellent value. Easy setup.
It took me about 10 minutes to get my BMPCC, external drive, and mic attached. Some reviewers wish that MagicRig included instructions—if you played with LEGOS as a kid, you'll have no trouble putting this together. Take a good look at the product images. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and high quality the MagicRig is. I was going to shell out more for the SmallRig gear but am so glad I took a chance on this. No regrets and saved some cash in the process.

Don’t spend double - Great bang for your buck!
I was actually really surprised with how well this cage worked for my BMPCC. I was hesitant to buy it at first and was about to go double price with the Tilta, but thought I would give it a try. WOW! It actually fits great and doesn’t obstruct anything on the camera. I can make all the necessary attachments I need and it’s very sturdy and good quality. Great buy!

Great cage. Lots of mounting points, awesome nato handle
The quick nato rail handle on this cage is fantastic in the package. I mount an external monitor on top of the handle and love the setup. Plenty of mounting options as you’d expect, a perfect fit, this will never leave my camera setup!

Not Sure What To Say...
This is identical to my SmallRig cage that I love and paid more for. I've seen knockoffs, but I am struggling to find any differences between the SmallRig and the MagicRig. This is a great cage made better by being about 50% cheaper, with no difference in materials or product quality.

I love Smallrig, they build quality products but the BMPCC6K cage is considerably more expensive than this MAGICRIG which looks almost identical. I saw reviews saying it was a good build quality which helped me to take the gamble on it. It is good quality. Those complaining about no instructions and not knowing how to connect this thing, wow. You don't need instructions for this, it's not rocket science. It really isn't. Anyway long story short, this is a good build quality. Came in a nice package, nicely protected. Camera looks awesome with it protected in this cage. Feels good. I'm a happy customer. I still have a lot of faith in SmallRig and prefer this brand first but I won't lie, if MagicRig offers something comparable at a lower cost, if the price different is substantial enough, I'd consider it. I have a SmallRig cage for my Canon EOS M50 and I LOVE it. This feels the same. It's a must have for these cameras. A++

Honestly, a must have for the BMPCC 4K and 6K (I own both). This cage is so useful. Almost acts like a gimbal, because I mounted a Newer external battery pack to the bottom, adding weight which equals stability. The perfect little unit. Also protects the BMPCC nicely

Alright, it’s my first ever purchase for camera rig, it was a bit confusing to how setup this rig, but overall, it’s a solid metal rig, but the only problem was that the manufacture has to provide a user manual for making the setup easier. Happy with the purchase, actually I found it cheaper somewhere else by almost half of the price ☺️.

Overall, it's a decent cage but I specifically purchased this one because it advertised that it came with a Nato detachable handle. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo it came with the regular screw on kind. It's not such a great deal without the Nato handle (and it was specifically what I wanted), so I will be returning.
