When working with glass any tool that keeps cutting easy and accurate I like.

If it is easy to use then I am really bad at it. Which I probably am. I can usually score 1/7 of the bottles decently enough to not crack strangely in the waters. Its a kot of fun and cute for couples but be patient!

I have tried a bunch of methods to get this to work and it just almost kind of sort of not really halfway not quite barely doesn't work at all.

I bought this to help me with a crafting project. It takes a little finesse and practice to get it right. Using the videos to make sure you’re doing it correctly and to get tips is very helpful. This company has excellent customer service and they are there to help with all concerns. That is very rare these days!

I have tried cutting a good handful of bottles now and have only had 1 or 2 out of 10 where the score lines meet up. If the score lines don't meet up exactly, the bottles tend to crack when you separate them. Otherwise you could probably sand down minor imperfections.The manufacturer's website only has a basic how-to-use video. Since there are already several reviews with the same problem, it would probably be a good idea to create an additional tips video to help with the issue. Also, your customers are reaching out to you via these amazon reviews. Instead of asking them to contact you, post solutions to the issue. That way, your customers are satisfied and future potential customers know you actively address issues that others may not.

I went to their website and followed along with the video on how to set up my bottle cutter. I also looked at the full color diagram on the info sheet that was included. Pay attention and it is easy. I love how you can adjust it to cut closer to the neck of the bottle... or really close to the very bottom of the bottle... or anywhere in between!! I also love that it holds the bottle and turns it, so you only have to touch (to turn) the knob. It rotates easy. One other thing that’s great with this bottle cutter is that if you mess up, you can reposition the blade to cut above or below your mess up. This will allow you to salvage your bottle! Photos I’ve included were after the set up, after my first scored bottle, and the other two bottles. One bottle I did not have the knobs tight enough, so my score line didn’t match up. I loosened the knobs, repositioned the blade, rescored and was successful in a usable bottle. And I liked I was able to salvage that bottle vs throwing it away. Really happy with my purchase.

I have always been afraid to keep cutting oil in my glass cutters due to leakage.. but I figured I'd try it out with this cutter. It's been 2 weeks and there's been no leaking! The weight of the cutter is great. Nice and heavy, feels solid and that weight helps glide the cutter over the glass! The price is right and the quality is great! It comes with 3 different cutting heads for various thicknesses of glass. And each are labeled. Looking forward to trying more from this company.

This is a very nice kit. My only suggestion is to include a little pamphlet with tips and tricks that would be helpful and useful for first time users.
