Our drums are made from legally mahogany one of the best wood what exist to build drums . The drums are covered with goat skin. Our drums are tuned and ready to play and have a good sound / bass. (does not apply to small children 20cm drums). There could be small repairs on the wood for more. This has no influence on the quality, the corpus or the sound of the drum. Please remember this is a natural product. This drum not made of plastic and not produced industrially. Measurements in cm and height x width (due to the manual labor it can be a vary slightly difference in the size and color / paint.) Approx. 20cm x 9-11cm weight 0,3 – 0,5 kg (small Kids 1-3 years) Approx. 7.87 to 8 Inches tall with a 0.66 -1.1 Inch drum head, weight approx. 1.1 lb although sizes/weight will vary due to the hand-carved nature of the instrument.
