The Best Workout
Bought it April 2014, use most everyday on 3 different exercise programs. Track the number of pushups daily, 2017 I did a total 150,276, goal now for 200,000 in one year. I'm 80 years old took a few months off 2018 for Triple Bypass and a Total Knee replacement. I start my day with 10 sets of 30 pushups total 300

I love this piece of equipment
I love this piece of equipment. The handle make it easy for my old bones to comfortably do the push-ups and the platform takes all the guessing out of good positioning. I have had it for a few short weeks and I am already seeing results. I'm 48, and a veteran. I wish I'd had this in basic!

Great for APFT prep
I love the different positions and the clear labeling. I usually just knocked out push-ups to prep for my PT test, but with this I can do them with specific training goals in mind. I also like the sheet of workouts that comes with the system; it allows me to pursue a set program to improve my PT score. Would definitely recommend, especially to those like me for whom push-ups are the most difficult part of the APFT.

Makes push ups fun. Seriously.
I was so impressed by this equipment. I am so tired after doing push ups all over the place on this thing. There is a chart that came with it that even gives combos to try with each hand in a different position. The board itself is color coded, so you dont even have to look at the chart to figure out what areas you want to hit. It's simple, but it is high quality. The handles lock in tight and do not wobble at all while you are using it. I love this, it is well worth the $44. If you are considering purchasing this but are on the fence, believe me you can trust the reviews.

Awesome item
I believe this is an excellent advance pushup setup. I am good with pushups but when i started this, I then knew i wasn't so great as I thought i was. Practice makes perfect. This excellent product to master all types of pushup forms.

Not in English
On the board was Chinese writing. In photo, all the colors were in English.. can I return for English version?
