LOVE this product. This really went above all expectations. I didn't get any before photos because I was so eager to use it. Once out of the packaging, assembly took just a minute to screw in both attachments. I used the microfiber feather duster attachment to clean the top of my filthy fans. It was surprisingly quick and easy - just make sure that everything is screwed on tight so the head doesn't tilt around. The 5 ft pole (no extension) was plenty of room for my 5'2" self and our 10' ceilings. The hand grips make it extra comfortable. I imagine this would be a must have for retail owners. It would take seconds to dust off cobwebs that pop up in the corners.Pros:- simple assembly (I hate when I can't figure things out just by looking at them. This item is self-explanatory and gets the job done)- multiple attachments available!!! I look forward to trying the window cleaning attachment for our outdoor windows!- very sturdy - when using the telescoping pole, it doesn't just pop out into two pieces- feather duster is extremely efficient - I don't like dusting because I feel like most of the dust just ends up in the air; this captured 99% of the dust!- comfortable and easy to useCons:- storage might be tricky. The feather duster folds out to a 90 degree angle, but doesn't fold all the way in. Without the attachment, the pole is 58" long. The attachment adds an extra 22". (I have on one of those wall mounted storage stations, where you squeeze the pole into it. It fits perfectly).**I emailed the seller about washing instructions for the feather duster. They replied in less than 24 hours! A+ for customer service!This is their reply, "Hello we recommend detaching the feather portion by pressing the button up on the handle and pull the feather duster portion out of the handle. We then recommend washing the feather portion in cool/warm water and then drying without heat for best results."

Fall time and with that comes the stink bugs, they love to congregate and plan their world domination at the top of our very high vaulted ceiling in our living room. This is sturdy and works perfect to break up their meetings and allow for them to be taken away by the dyson. Also works to dust as advertised!

I'm too old to climb a 12 foot ladder anymore. This is the ticket for changing those recessed spots that are high above in the stratosphere of your ceiling. Easy for even an old curmudgeon like me to use. I haven't dropped a recessed spot yet! Also useful for cleaning out those air conditioning vents high up on a high ceiling. It telescopes so is useful for standard ceilings also. Very sturdy and easy to use.

Where should I start? This is indeed the longest extension pole duster I have ever owned. That part is true. And the pole itself is sturdy and almost a bit too heavy to handle and maneuver. There are Clips in two spots on this pole allowing it to extend or retract, and these clips have hex screws that you tighten or loosen. The Shaggy Dog hair dusting part is the disappointment. It has a plastic, one inch knob at the top and that is what comes in contact with the wall before the Shaggy limp fronds of the duster ever do. So it's like you are grabbing spider webs with that piece of plastic because the duster fronds are so limp, with gravity pulling them down, that they are not effective. The duster part needs to be fluffy and firm so that it holds up and provides resistance to the item you are dusting. So the duster part is a big fail. I tried to use it for a spider on his string web that was running along the ceiling. Touched the spider and it got away and swung to the floor. This duster is so long and so cumbersome that I was trying to manage it as the spider ran away completely unharmed. The real purpose for this extendable duster was to snare clothes moths that sleep at the top of my high walls. I tried to get one today and it may have gone into the shaggy-haired duster, but I will never find it. The duster is gray and you can't see anything in it. It needs to be white. I'll probably never find that moth. Who knows if it's dead or alive.
