Patch that hole.
I bought these after researching many different patches. I watched a how to video of someone showing how to properly put on a tire patch. They used this brand and the tube they showed had many patches in it. They went on to say not one of the patch jobs has failed. I have not had the opportunity to use them yet but it is nice to know I have these when needed. The price is reasonable and they are of good quality. The package has plenty of patches so I do not think I will ever use them all. I only plan on patching punctures, nothing bigger then this patch. A slash or anything bigger then 1/4 inch in my experience your better off replacing the inner tube. I could use 2 or 3 patches to cover a slash and it many work temporarily but I doubt it will last in the long run. The tires on my fat bike have a 40 psi rating. I wish I had more to say but until I get a chance to use them I don't, sorry.

The best butyl inner tube patch
Tip top patches have never disappointed. They work great as long as you follow the instructions. I've tried other brands but none of them work as well. My trusted go-to patch for butyl inner tubes.

No more leaks
These patches used in conjunction with the Rema Glue are all I’ve ever used in 40 years of riding except for one deviation which I regretted. These patches hold.

High Quality Patches for Bicycle inner tubes
These patches are of high quality and the edges are nicely feathered so they seem to become part of the tube! There is a clear plastic covering that you might want to remover before applying because otherwise it is harder to remove. Keep in mind that these are 25 mm in diameter (about an inch) so they are not ideal for super-narrow tubes because it is difficult to apply securely to these race tubes.

Good quality patches
These are top quality patches. I bought a patch rolling tool to go with this. I've applied five of these patches so far from bicycles to motorcycles and have not had any issues with these patches whatsoever. Prep the surface with some sand paper to rough it up (larger than the patch size). Clean debris from the area. Apply rubber cement to the area (larger than the patch). Wait 10-15 minutes for the patch to dry. Peel the back off the patch and roll it solidly onto the rubber cement covering the hole. If you don't have a patch roller, use the box end of a large wrench in a rolling motion. I keep rolling in various directions until the clear film starts to come off on it's own. Gently inflate (just enough to lightly pressurize the tube) and listen for a leak.

Works great
Fixed a couple of tubes using these patches - no issues. I used them with REMA TIP TOP 203-F vulcanizing cement.

Fix those tubes and make em last!
I am the king of tube repair! I have had up to 25 of these on a tube, before I trash it! They are thin and will not effect your ride. This box will last me a long time. Suitable for small cuts and snake bites (Name for two holes when your tube gets pinched!) Anything bigger and this patch will not work. Once I had a hole right next to another patch so I had to stick one almost on top of another, no problem! Don't get those stupid patch kits in the stores like Walmart. Buy this box and get the bigger rubber glue tube from the Walmart automotive tire section. Keep the glue in the refrigerator so it lasts longer. Makes tube repair affordable and keeps those tubes on the road longer.

Great Patches!
Got my patches today and used the first one on my 6 yr old's bike. I used slime brand cement and the patch bonded perfectly! I buffed the tube with sand paper, applied the vulcanizing cement, let it dry, removed the patch frm the foil and put it on the tube, and pushed on the patch back and forth with a stone untill the plastic backing started to come off. I gently peeled the backing off and the repair was complete. Great Patches!
