Dripstone 500FT CAT6 4/UTP Aerial Telephone/Network Cable with Steel Messenger, Black (DS612M)

I was have with this cable when I made my first 150ft run. When I made a 30ft run after that, I found defects in the cable and had to scrap the run. I haven't use anymore since then.

The cable works as far as data communication, not sure for how long do. Very cheaply made when I would pull back the messenger it would rip the jacked off the cat 6 cable. It would have been okay, but the only protection the copper strand has is the jacket and a very thin clear plastic.

Used this to run a dedicated CAT6 line to my detached garage for my cameras around the garage to replace a wireless bridge. also used it to hook up an outdoor camera at my sister's house.

I used this for an aerial run for POE cameras, it works very well, about 175 foot per run. Good product for the price.

Wish the conductors were at least 24 gauge copper. I probably wont use it for any customer jobs.
