I decided to give this pillow a try. I am a side sleeper and like to hike my bent leg pretty far up, which I imagine really puts my spine out of alignment. Needless to say, tossing and turning with severe low back pain all through the night and well into the next morning. The first night I used this pillow, it was like a miracle. The only time I woke up was to turn over to my other side with my pillow still between my knees. This is my third night of using the knee pillow and probably the best 5 nights of sleep I have ever had and the ability to get out of bed the next morning with no back pain. I had no problem adapting to this pillow. It is soft, comfortable and stays put.

Nice and soft. I like that the cover comes off to wash. I use it opened and that works great. Left together is too high for me. I also like the velcro strap to keep it in place.

It would really be nice if there were two sizes made for these types of pillows. Some people have really large legs, men and women alike, not just people who are larger but people who work out, who bike, who skate all have much larger than normal thighs.Having one of these made larger with a larger cutout would be much more comfortable for those people with the larger legs.This does the trick It's a great pillow and it works exactly the way it should. I did find it to be uncomfortable with my larger thighs, I don't use it as much as I want to but I can't sleep if I'm uncomfortable.

I can sleep with comfort. It's not bulky at all.

This pillow was hard, not soft as described. (The case was barely soft.) It felt harder than typical memory foam. It actually made my back hurt more.I have chronic back and neck problems, so I have to sleep on my side to accommodate my aches etc....The pillow was so hard, that it was making my legs push TOO FAR APART! If you want something that's VERY FIRM, then this is for you.I wouldn't buy again and I wouldn't recommend this pillow to anyone (again, unless they wanted something VERY FIRM).

Purchased as a gift and he loves it. Sleeps better now that he has this instead of using a regular pillow
