You will need a measurement device, and that’s not all.2 people because you will need to test weather it will work the way you are building it.The ladder mounts off centered*This is useless.They are so lazy with the instructions and the build everything is cheaply welded and improperly welded.This item could never pass inspection to be sold in stores.I’m not even half way done and I had to take it apart several times because the design flaw.The directions don’t stipulation what goes where or how.If you buy this and find yourself frustrated. It really is your fault for buying this junk.

For the price it works. However , I can not mount the desk. The measurements for the ladder are not correct. Not sure what to do. Either return it or drill new holes.
