These are very useful to keep in your pocket, glove box or purse. It is basic info but if you're prone to panic and afraid you may when the time comes, these will help you find the info you need at the time you need it. Hard plastic cards. Highly recommend them!

The quality of these cards is fantastic. They are all the size and thickness of a credit card and beautifully printed. This is a great way to prepare for emergency situations. I intend to get this out and review each card with my family; although, probably not all at once, because there are so many situations to be advised of. I feel whomever came up with this was inspired.

So, this deck wasn't exactly what I anticipated. I'll definitely still hold onto it for my family to utilize, but a lot of it is what I'd consider common sense. I was actually hoping for more info such as fire and shelter building, tips for survival hunting and gathering, etc. That's likely my fault for not reading into the specific info enough to realize it didn't have this info. The cards are a sturdy plastic that are easy to read and seem like they'll hold up well if they get wet or dirty. If you're looking for portable advice on how to deal with situations like earthquakes, tornadoes, etc (i.e. where to avoid to, what to avoid) these cards will be most useful to you.

These were great to teach my kids what to do in a disaster

A lot of information on these cards were things I already knew. However... I bought them for my college children and they may not know, or may need it in the moment. I also think this would be good to bring when traveling since you may experience different emergencies than at home. For example, I know what to do for a tornado since I live in the mid-west, But if I traveled to California or Florida I don't know what to do for an earthquake or hurricane.

I bought a few of these to give to my kids and other people. They have some excellent tips for safety in all sorts of situations and they're easy to keep handy. Throw one in your glove box for quick reference when traveling, or in a backpack when hiking/camping and whatnot. I keep one in on the fridge held by a magnet clip in case of emergency. Sometimes it's difficult to think straight when you're stressed about a situation and this will remind you of the basics and maybe teach you something new in the process.

The information is VERY BASIC. Might be good for including kids in the preparedness process.

Pocket size makes it super easy to travel with, whether it’s in your vehicle glovebox at home or daypack while traveling. We recently took it along to San Francisco after the earthquakes in L.A. a couple of weeks before our trip. Peace of mind knowing we were better prepared, especially with our young son in tow. I’d highly recommend this to all! The price is great too. I bought a second one as a gift for my sister and her family!
